Joseph Smith Prophet, Seer and Revelator
Author: Paul Thomson | Posted: 21-05-2008 | Comments: 0 | Views: 9 | Rating: (187) (?)
Soon after the establishment of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the restoration of the fullness of the gospel , Joseph Smith said, “The Standard of Truth has been erected. No unhallowed hand can stop the work from progressing. Persecutions may rage, mobs may combine, armies may assemble, calumny may defame. But the truth of God will go forth boldly, nobly, and dependent till it has penetrated every continent, visited every clime, swept every country, and sounded in every ear, until the purposes of God shall be accomplished and the Great Jehovah will say, ‘The work is done.'”, this quote is truelly wonderful, Joseph Smith was the prophet of the restoration and, for that cause was he martyred at Carthage Jail, Illinois on June 27, 1844.
Joseph Smith labored throughout his life to bring to pass the coming forth of another testament of Jesus Christ , the Book of Mormon amongst other scripture, a lot of revelation given to Joseph Smith can be found in Doctrine and Covenants. An account of his commitment to the restoration can be found in Doctrine and Covenants, Section 135:3,'Joseph Smith, the Prophet and Seer of the Lord, has done more, save Jesus only, for the salvation of men in this world, than any other man that ever lived in it. In the short space of twenty years, he has brought forth the Book of Mormon, which he translated by the gift and power of God, and has been the means of publishing it on two continents; has sent the fulness of the everlasting gospel, which it contained, to the four quarters of the earth; has brought forth the revelations and commandments which compose this book of Doctrine and Covenants, and many other wise documents and instructions for the benefit of the children of men; gathered many thousands of the Latter-day Saints, founded a great city, and left a fame and name that cannot be slain. He lived great, and he died great in the eyes of God and his people; and like most of the Lord’s anointed in ancient times, has sealed his mission and his works with his own blood; and so has his brother Hyrum. In life they were not divided, and in death they were not separated!', this poignant part of the scriptures offers us an insight into how comitted he really was. If I was to meet Joseph Smith face to face this day, I would probably not be able to find the words to thank him. In the now 13 million members of the Church, Joseph Smith has left behind a glorious legacy.

Latter Days Satans

Freedom of speech, Freedom of expression and justice for all; without these, we humans will remain ignorant and continue to be slaves. April 1989: I moved to United States and settled here believing that this was one of the jungles where justice for all still exist and thus I became a successful businessman. October, November, December 2004: As a businessman, I had previous relationship with the Mormon Church in Salt Lake City by visiting them a few times upon the church's missionary?s request and through a friend of mine who is a Mormon. I was preached about the book of Mormon on many occasions. At that time, I was never curious into religions but their invitation sparked my curiosity in order to find the truth that I should find for myself. But we always argued on some little and big issues about all religions. Based on the testimony of the Mormon missionaries, they claimed that they are the only true religion and also that they were very open to any discussions. They told me that they are looking for pieces of a shattered glass, lost in time, in the form of a religion. The missionaries also said that they are looking forward to add to their religion anything that is good and they also told me that they are open for a discussion about finding truth. They made me recite something from the book of Mormon, asking the Holly Ghost to show us the reality of all religions. But they also warned that the Holly Ghost will start to play with me once I recite to the Holly Ghost and until I will become a Mormon. I had argued with them on many issues such as calling the Book of Mormon a book of discrimination and also that the picture of Jesus which they occasionally use, is not what Jesus looked like, also I told them that they run a ''KKK organization'' the way the Book of Mormon sounds. At that time I happen to be in the mortgage business, where the Mormon missionaries came to my office once or twice a week. I also found that the missionary?s names were all wrong and their phone numbers will change every 2 weeks. Missionaries also got replaced every month with new ones to come and see me. December 2004: I lost my office to vandalism by multiple people who worked under me but all of them stopped working for me but under the instructions of my broker. My broker accepted some sort of bribes from the Mormon Church and Washington Mutual bank to put me out of business. My entire staff vandalized my office on the broker?s call by washing all the computers. The Mormon missionaries are also witnesses to the vandalism. January 2005: The missionaries continued to come visit me as usual and asked me to come to the Church so I can meet with some influential people at the Church. There they can help me find the root to this vandalism. Thus I thought I should investigate. I agreed and went to the church in order to receive help from the influential authorities who come to this Church but instead I was insulted at the church by the members delivering indirect speeches and threats against me. I regularly continued to visit the Church more often to find why these people were so against me and also at the same time I found myself in for a forceful bribed situation to convert to Mormonism and then I will have a roof over my head; also I understood the reality of these people, nothing else but a secret society organization to which John F Kennedy was strictly opposed. February, March and April 2005: I started my office over again and hired a few people who also continued to play mafia in my office; these people also somehow have roots to the Mormon organization that is provable and I still continued to go to Church. I also realized that the people in my office were part of the same game called the game of the Holly Ghost. These people followed the instructions of the same organization thus the church could not help me by putting themselves into trouble by helping me. I further continued my investigation by going to the Church. At that time they knew my intentions and they called me an investigator but I was only doing my job and to find out why these people were in possession of so much power over the law and why these people were such an untouchable mafia. I also received help from a church member, a most beautiful and kind lady, she also had a degree in law. She was the only one on my side, she pointed to me that the Church was not a place for me and that I should be careful and to look out for myself. She also pointed that the Bishop is the man in charge under further instructions from the Salt Lake City temple, main head quarters of this organization.May 2005: At the Church, I met with an officer of Washington mutual's bank; this officer holds a vice president position at the bank and he also knew about the vandalism situation at my office. This officer also holds the president position of the Mormon Church; he is also the man in charge who sent me missionaries to my office. This officer also offered me help in return if I will convert to Mormonism. June 2005: I was told by the Church to get baptized secretly and everything will be given back to me. I insisted I should be baptized publically to which they did not agree so we had to go separate ways. After that, I will never go to the church again and went on to start my office one more time. At the same time I hired a court mediator, I obtained much help from her time to time. Her advice to me was that I was dealing with a dangerous Cult organization and I should leave this country. I told her that this country is mine being as an American citizen and told her that I have equal rights here. I also asked her that why an elephant is afraid of an ant. June 2005: Soon someone from the same Washington mutual bank will do something very wrong to me, without my knowledge, a dirty mortgage deal was processed under my name but through the Washington Mutual bank. A newly hired coworker at my office shook dirty hands with someone from the same bank to pass a dirty mortgage loan. Penalty for such crime is years in jail. I threw the blame on the Mormon Church. The church excused that the president of the church and the vice president of the Washington mutual bank nor anyone from their organization has nothing to do with such doings but this harm was caused/performed by a third party at the bank. Also this third party person was never investigated nor put in jail. February 2006:Only one person from my office will go to jail who performed such action. The same person then soon is out of jail, he suddenly disappears from public's eye. Also no one is held responsible from the Church or the Washington mutual bank. Penalty for such crime might be years but this man is not in jail nor does Washington mutual accept any liability.July 2006: Main witness to this entire case, she is the one and only living proof to testify against this Church and solve a conspiracy and discrimination case. She will not respond or talk because the mighty organized church have threatened her and displaced her back to main headquarters Salt Lake City. She and her family could have been a victim of their blood attonement program. I do not know further about them but I am trying to find if they are okay. August 2006: I was selling my house while I was desperately about to face foreclosure when I was already behind on payments. At that point I was only desperately willing for this sale to happen as quickly as it could, I approached a qualified realtor in San Ramon. I was promised (verbally), in a very first meeting, by the qualified agent from Remax that my house can quickly sell for a price which at that time was considered to be very reasonable in the hot market of that time. I also agreed and understood that the house could easily be sold for the price negotiated with the agent, thus I agreed to sell it. The agent, the next day, prepared a contract but delivered it to me without her signature, she left the contract with me for my review and she also asked me to sign it. The agent then, according to the contract, which is still not signed by her, next day brings in a stager/decorator to go through the decoration of the house by marking all the items at my house one by one. The agent also promised me that she has a potential buyer that is willing to take a look at my house, I agreed. The next day, the agent brings in a client; they both walk through my house. Soon it turns out that the agent is a Mormon, the stager was also a Mormon and that the buyer is also a Mormon. I recognized the buyer as the lady president of the Mormon church. She walks out the house as soon as I recognized her face. I had recently given a ??thank you letter?? to the Church not to bother me with missionaries anymore and to leave me alone but they still will send more and more asking me if they can teach me Mormonism. Boy I touched a beehive. The agent suddenly changes her mind to sell this house, she also walks out quickly as she can, her short excuse was that she found more liens on the property than the actual value of the house; therefore she could not sign the contract and she walked away from the deal. I did not agree with the decision of the agent because the actual liens were actually less than the sale priced of the house. In reality the agent either lied just to walk away and discriminate against me being that I never wanted to go to the Mormon Church anymore or the improper liens put on my property came through the result of an ongoing conspiracy against me by the Mormon Church. I also found a note on the table that represents a threat of the Mormon Church to me. The paper note explains the true strength of the church. The note also says ''when you witness something at the church then the requirements of the church becomes a challenge''. It also says '' Be thou an example''. It also has a picture of their prophet wearing a Free Mason ring. This note put my brains on fire as that I read it as a direct threat to me. Later in August 2006: Just before I will start on making this house a monument of a Mormon graffiti with the copies of the note that I received from the Mormon agent. Just before I will give the house to foreclosure and based on the risky situation of the unknown liens, I accepted an offer from a broker that approached me through one of his agents. This broker offered me that he will fix the lien situation only if I could sell the house for a higher price of $1200,000 instead of $925,000. The broker also stated that he will give me an equity that is between the actual liens and the actual value of $925,000. I accepted the deal as that this broker was very capable of doing such to save me from a foreclosure. The broker successfully accomplished this sale to pass through banks and escrow companies. This broker, in the past, was also my previous employer but we never could agree on any corrupt deals such as this one. This broker also was the man responsible to destroy my office on behalf of the Mormon conspiracy. Until the present day, the game of the Holy Ghost continues in one way or the other while I have to get my justice. NO ATTORNEY IS BRAVE ENOUGH TO FIGHT THIS CASE.Do I have a case against the Mormon Mafia? http://mormonlawsuit.com/ alOf an Ant and an ElephantOnce upon a time there was not just a big, but a very big jungle under the scope of a tiny Ant?s eye. The Ant was enormously curious about the jungle but this jungle was not only big, but very big under the tiny Ant?s eye. The Ant spent all of his time wondering how he could see it all, but the jungle, it sometimes seemed, was too big for this tiny Ant with the big curiosity. The Ant, trusting in the Lord, was always very sure that what he wanted he would get. And one day, very late in the day?another day that the Ant had spent pondering his problem?he came up with an idea. This idea could solve his problem and allow him to see more of the jungle. He would make a very special pair of shoes for his tiny feet. These shoes would allow him to do things he normally could never do, like walk through water and fly as Aladdin flew on the magical carpet. So the Ant started working on the shoes. Using ordinary materials he found in the jungle around him, he worked day by day, knowing that the Lord was with him. With the help of the Lord, the Ant completed the very special shoes that would allow him to journey through the big fascinating jungle. But a rumor soon spread across the entire jungle that an Ant was about to conquer the jungle with surety. All of the giants of the jungle, especially those giants among giants?the elephants?heard this rumor about the bodacious little Ant.One day the Ant tried on the shoes for the first time and found that they really worked! The first thing he did was to cross the stream next to where he lived. While this stream seemed very small to the large animals, like the elephants, to the tiny Ant it seemed very big. In fact, as the Ant crossed the stream, he felt like a giant as one of the elephants, who without any fear, crushed through the waters of the stream everyday. The Ant enjoyed his journey across the stream, and when he found he could cross it as easily as the elephants did, he returned home and hid his shoes where no one else could find them.Feeling bigger, the Ant grew bold and begins peeking at the large elephants. Then one day, while busy peeking at the elephants, the Ant fell in love with the beautiful big eyes of one elephant in particular who felt for the tiny Ant and guided him. The Ant with his big ideas thought that by winning the big heart of his very big love, his new jungle shoes and his new love could together help him conquer the entire jungle. But the very next day the Ant woke up and discovered his shoes were gone. With a heavy heart, the Ant started looking everywhere for his missing shoes. But the Ant still peeked at the elephants as he searched for his shoes and, much to his surprise; he discovered that one of the elephants had stolen his shoes. The giant elephant kept the shoes under his big feet so he could cross a stream so big that even elephants could not cross it.Now the mighty elephant became as confident wearing the shoes as the Ant had been. The elephants would not listen to the little Ant?s request to return the shoes and the Ant asked them several times to return the shoes. So the Ant took the matter to the lions. But the lions could not help because they had to guard their kingdom and helping the Ant would result for them to loose their royal position in the jungle. The Ant then desperately asked his fellow ants for help. But the other ants would not help, because they did not have much faith in themselves or in the Lord and they thought they were too smart to mess with the giants of the jungle and that no ant could ever conquer the jungle. After receiving no help from anyone, the Ant decided that he had four choices to get his stolen shoes back and that the elephants also had two choices regarding the shoes. The Ant listed his choices as follows.Choice number one: He could challenge the mighty elephant for a fight, he said to himself proudly, ?Who says an ant cannot fight with an elephant.?Choice number two: He could forget about the shoes and become friends with the elephant. ?The shoes would not work for the elephant anyway, so he will lose interest in them.?Choice number three: He could win over his very big love and together they could conquer the jungle. ?Love is power,?? he said.Choice number four: He could have an eagle ask the sky to decide who should have the shoes: the elephants or the ant. ?Leave it to the Lord,? he said. The Ant also understood that the elephant had options too. He understood that the elephant could either crush him under its big foot or make friends with him and agree to share or return the shoes. The Ant chose option number four and had an eagle ask the sky to resolve the matter of dispute between them.According to the eagle, the sky said, ?To conquer is to join the devil and that is the devil sense. To love is to join God if your love is clean and that is the God?s sense. And to be a good friend, it is to enjoy the sense of good humor.?The mighty elephant has yet to exercise his option, while the Ant has yet to get his shoes back...The last time I saw the Ant, it was at Starmugs Hacienda. He was chasing sugar and seeking refuge. All materail is copyright. Please do not forward, copy, reproduce any or all of its contents, thank you.

By: profitbob | 05-06-2008
Who is/are your favorite living prophet(s)? Are there any you don't like? I mean this question in the corporeal sense, the prophet as a living person able to be seen by non-believers as well as believers. Immortal reincarnations of older prophets from earlier times qualify as long as they have a physical body, but not if they don't. That would be a different question.
Repairing Wood Trim thats Fuzzy and Gummie
By: Yojo | 11-04-2008
I'm repairing wood trim that someone else tried to strip. They used both water based and solvent based applications. Now the old finish is "dimpled" and the exposed wood looks "fuzzy". Some of the old finish has has something applied to it but not cleaned off and has turned really dark and it gummie. How do I fix this? I don't want to replace it. The wood under all this is good I believe.

The Image of the Beast By: Nikola Dimitrov | 24/07/2008 Shocking as it may seem, we either choose the image of God and His Kingdom (His character, His gifts, His fruit, His agendas, His purposes, His plans, His intentions, His destiny, His will, His standards, His value system, His morals, etc) or if we don’t choose that, we immediately fall for the image that the devil, his fallen angels and his structures (world systems, perverse values, Babylon, chaos, politics, false religion, etc) are offering...
