Seeing Jesus by Rodney Howard Browne

Joseph's life offers us an amazing portrayal of the grace of The Lord God as He came to our rescue in the Person of His Boy, Jesus. And rather than experiencing punishment, which we basically merit, we are sitting at His table and served more than we will be able to ever take in. So we hopelessly plead our case, only to have Him talk kindly to us-promising us peace in our own language.
We then try and ward off His ire by negotiating with Him, thinking our hard work and sincere efforts will pay Him back for all those malicious past deeds we are guilty of. But to our amazement, He never even considered our attempts important enough to point out. What a gorgeous picture of Christ at the cross, carrying the sins we committed, forgiving us in the middle. Isn't such grace amazing? The person that was rejected is the same One who goes the limit to get us brought back together with Him. thus the LORD longs to be gracious to you,. And so He waits on high to have compassion on you. How sanctified are all of those that long for Him. He is offering you everything you hunger for.
Think what could have been going thru Joseph's mind at about that point, right after he was banged up. He wasn't only trusting, he had resisted plain enticement time upon time again. He didn't know what the final result would be. he did not know that in a matter of years he would be P. M. Of Egypt. ) All the person knew at this distressing moment was he had done what was right and had endured inaccurate for it. But somehow, in the middle of this prejudiced situation, Joseph sensed that Jehovah's hand was in all this. I'm not through preparing you for My service.'.

I haven't encountered this type of thing in my whole life.'. You and I need to discern the times in which we live. I see it and hear it just about every week of my life. So allow me to say this very straight : the best present you can give to your marriage partner is your pureness, your fidelity. The best personality feature you can offer your partner and your people are moral and ethical willpower. Whatever your current position, regardless of how enticing or delightful or quickly pleasant the bait looks, don't linger. Now, this instant, establish to be a Joseph.
