Skeptic Believers

There's nothing more frustrating to a believer than an unmoving skeptic, who will remain skeptic no matter how much evidence there is to support a claim.  This goes with anything, like the belief in God, to the belief in UFOs, and so forth.  But what makes someone a skeptic in the first place?  Or better yet, why don't they just believe?  I don't have that answer, but I do know that some skeptics really do want to believe, but they just can't, for things just don't always add up, no matter how much they want them to.  Alot of things are just unbelieveable, they just can't find the logic, even if the answers are right there in front of them.  So why can't they just believe?  Before they can answer that question, you must know why you believe.  If you don't know why you believe, then how can you expect them to believe?

Before you get mad at the skeptics who don't believe in the same thing you do, then just remember that maybe, just maybe they actually do want to believe, but even if they don't want to believe, then they have every right, just as long as they respect your right to believe.  Don't let someone try to persuade you out of your beliefs, for they are no better than an angry believer, and don't try to take the skepticism out of them if they don't want your help, for you are no better than they are for not believing if you do.

Sometimes skeptics just want to believe and sometimes believers just want to make things vanish.  Go figure.
