The Spirit that Prevails by Rodney Howard Browne

The Spirit that Conquers by Rodney Howard Browne
Philippians 3:7-10
If you were to take a trip, would you simply hop in your automobile one morning with no idea where you're going and then magically arrive at the right destination at the right time? No way! Instead, you'd need a plan - some guide that shows where you want to go. If we do this with our vacation plans, we should be even more diligent to do the same thing with our lives. How can you are expecting to get to where God would like you to be if you never stop to set clear, measurable goals for your life? Without these determined directional markers, there's no way to keep your life on course - you will just be adrift from one experience to another, with no consistency or coherence. That is certainly not the rich, purposeful, abundant life that God wants for you. many of us fear goal setting because the act of building and moving towards goals requires change. rarely will God exhibit a goal that does not require some quantity of expansion on your part. And if you're not progressing in your walk with the Lord, then you may be certain that you are slipping backward.

His best is rarely behind you, but rather ahead. Even the apostle Paul pressed forward to attain what he called'the prize' ( Philippians 3:14 ).
