The possibilities of prayer are gauged by faith in God’s ability to do. Faith is the one prime condition by which God works. Faith is the one prime condition by which a person prays. Faith draws on God to its full extent. Faith gives character to prayer. A feeble faith has always brought forth feeble praying. Vigorous faith creates vigorous praying. Christ asks this pointed question, “When the Son of Man cometh, shall He find faith on the earth?”

“...Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he [says] shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he [says].”-- Mark 11:23
We find ourselves once more looking at this truth that was opened by our Master concerning the mountain being removed at a word of command. Please take notice of the fact that Jesus first spoke the words, “...Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea…” We must assume that the mountain is the symbolic form used to show the accumulation of human anguish and pain caused by sin in this world. We also must see that it is possible to have this mass of human misery removed by speaking the living words of Jesus when we prayer. It is obvious that we can enter in to His faith and connect with His omnipotent power to reach the victory over sin and death while on earth. But we must pray without any doubt in our hearts, so we can share Christ’s faith to achieve the purpose of the Father. When we speak our prayers using His words from the Holy Bible, we have an official reason from Jesus, to expect the things we say to happen.
Our prayers can clinch every word of promise and every word of purpose spoken by our Lord in His Word. Our faith and prayers can join His faith and prayers and support Him in the final completion of His and our Father’s will and work. When using this gracious truth for the things which Christ has spoken in clear expressions of eternal truth, it is not hard to understand that our prayer of faith becomes an important part of the whole plan of redemption. We are assured that every word spoken in prayer will be answered in the final return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Because it is written,
“And He shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.” Acts 3:20, 21
Paul unmistakably shows this final victory of Christ when he said,
“Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.” — 1 Corinthians 15:24-26
Our hope and expectation is built on nothing less then Jesus’ blood and righteousness. For the final rescue from all the effects of evil in our bodies and minds will be accomplished when He comes to be glorified in us, His saints, and to be accepted in all of us who believe in and are waiting for that day. When He appears we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is. We will share in His final victory over disease and death. We will hear Him say to that mountain of sufferings, “...Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea...,” and this will happen.
In sight of this reassuring hope let us continue to pray in faith, without any doubt in our hearts. Let us rest our faith on the undying love of Christ, asking for nothing more than to be counted worthy of His pleasure to the end of life on this earth, or until He comes for us.

Having faith and doing what is right in God's eyes is what will get you saved. Statements like those, and others like them, do not help people to get closer to God. Many times they do just the opposite. In this article find out what "faith" really is.

Temptations
By: Rabbi Simcha Weinberg | 10/12/2009Which temptation was more challenging? Was it Potiphar’s wife or, perhaps it was the temptation to ask Pharaoh’s wine steward to help him get out of jail? Can We Pray Without Any Doubt Regarding the Purpose of God? if God be for Us, Who Can be Against Us?
By: Ramon Ross | 06/02/2007 | ReligionWhat will prevent Him from satisfying His eternal purpose as described in the divine plan of salvation? Nothing! Again I say there is not the remotest possibility that His faultless plan of redemption can fail. We are guaranteed in the Holy Bible that the gates of hell will not prevail against Christ’s indestructible church, paid for by His blood, gifted, and endued by His Holy Spirit.
Nothing Can Stop Jesus in Bringing Many People to Glory According to the Will of our Heavenly Father
By: Ramon Ross | 06/02/2007 | ReligionIf a person can plan to build a house long before the foundation is started, and if we can make plans for a happy family before any children are born to delight our hearts. And it is also correct to say that a family can come into the same belief and support to reach their purpose in this life. Then unquestionably would it not be feasible for the redeemed family of Christ to be able to enter into His faith?
How Can He Do Great Things Unless His People Can Believe Him for Great Things?
By: Ramon Ross | 06/02/2007 | ReligionAs His redeemed people, we do not hesitate to accept the reality that God gives us an openhanded measure of His life and love. Then why would it be impossible for Him to give an ample supply of His faith to His people to help them through life in this world of disbelief and doubt. If we are His people, and are not able to accomplish His works in this world because of our lack of faith, there is no valid reason to doubt that He can and will increase our portion of achieving faith.
In That Glad Hour We Will Experience a Glorious Freedom From God That We Have Desired and Prayed for

By: Ramon Ross | 06/02/2007 | ReligionIf it is God’s purpose to eliminate all the sin and the misery from this earth at His word of command, then would it not be true as well, that everything that is necessary to accomplish His purpose for His people is made accessible to them for the condition of redeeming grace? Of course! We have everything we desire to do His will, not ours, but His will be done.
