Where as in case of wooden floor, you have to have keep the power on to get heat. So, it may increase your power bill in case of wooden floor when compared with concrete floor. This clearly indicates that it would be better if you prefer concrete floor to wooden floor.

The added advantage of this system is, it does not require any boiler. So, you can install the electric radiant heat mats anywhere, as  there is no need of any heating system in the rest of house. The procedure involves setting of the electric radiant floor heating mats  under the floor.

However, keep in mind that these systems do not offer cooling, so you’ll need a separate cooling system if you’re in a warm climate.  Additionally, care must be taken that there will be no gaps between the tiles of the floor when fixing the tiles on the electric radiant floor  heat mats. For this you have to settle the mats inside the floor by following the instructions by any expert in this field if possible. For better, easy and fast installation it would be better to take assistance of any expert in his filed. Then it will be easy to install the system  with out any power problems or any other tile fixing problems. Why should we take a chance while there is some one to assist you.
