On being humble

After graduating from high school as well as after graduating from college, I went traveling. The first time I went to the caribbeans and Paris, second time I went to South and South-East Asia.

I was confronted with a new and additional management level to report to which was introduced between my original senior manager (Director Sales Europe) and me. My original position as Business Manager was cancelled and I was asked for a new Business management position with reduced geographic responsibilities (Nordic Area). I did not agree with my new position in the organization and the new job. Decided to refuse the Job I was offered and left the company with an excellent financial compensation."
