This AMAZED me that anyone would know they could do this and do it well. I normally feel uncomfortable and let the salesman guide the entire sale.So, my question is two-fold:First, how do I know what types of products at what types of stores are eligible for haggling down to get discounts?Secondly, what are some tips for haggling?
