 Spices are high nutritious seed, fruit or vegetable substances; they are luxurious products, which are usually used for flavoring, producing medicine as well as a preservative for preventing from the harmful bacteria. Many of them are also used for production of the cosmetic substances. India is very much rich of these substances. Spices Exporters are exporting high quality spices from the Indian market. Indian spices have uniqueness in the international market so the spice products are very much precious for the people in all over the world.
A variety of spices can see in the Indian land, they include black pepper, cardamom, ginger, turmeric, cumin, etc… The Indian Spice suppliers export mainly black peppers, cloves, ginger, turmeric, cardamom, coriander, cumin, and red chilly. They have high quality and enrich with nutritious.

There is a variety of cardamom present in south side of India especially in Kerala. In India, almost 70% of cardamom is produced by the farmers from Kerala. Spice exporters’ India exports mainly two types of cardamom that is green cardamom and black. The green cardamom is used for flavoring food and also used for mixing up with coffee and tea. The black cardamom is a general ingredient of Indian cooking.
Another important spice is black pepper; most of the producing pepper is used for exporting purpose. Indian pepper has a distinct taste. There are a different varieties of peppers are producing in India. They have high quality and also have demand in the international market. The Spice exporters export this type of stuff to the world.
Ginger is commonly used as cooking spice in all over the world. India cultivates a variety of ginger and the spice exporter India exports this product to all over the world. Other spices produced by India are turmeric, coriander, red chilly, etc. The Indian spices like turmeric, coriander are used for producing curry power and also they exported world widely.
India produces a variety of chillies also such as Sanam Chilies, Wonderhot Chilies, Byadgi Chilies, Wrinkled Chilies,Teja Chilies, etc. These products are exported by the Indian spice exporters moreover they also consider the packing of the spices.

Help!!! I am planning an Italian wine dinner for a group of friends. I have come up with a menu that I can handle without giving myself a nervous breakdown. If only the wine selections were so easy! I have sought help at several local wine stores and of course I have received greatly varying recommendations. One consistent suggestion was to serve a prosecco - three different people suggested serving it with the cheese course while two people suggested serving with the crostini. Only one person suggested an amarone with the sliced grilled steak; while several other people really discouraged it. The person who suggested serving the amarone also suggested serving a barbera with the cheese course (far different from the prosecco idea!). I would really appreciate any assistance! At this point my head is spinning and I have not even narrowed down the types/regions of the wines (other than Italian). Please see my purposed menu below (I am also open to changes in the menu if you think something is problematic). Hello - I acquired a dozen + bottles of wine from an estate sale. They date from the 60's and 70's, are from Italy, Spain, and France, were stored in the owner's basement, and all seals are intact (except that some seals do have mildew stains). We opened up two bottles of Papillon red assuming these were of lesser quality and found they were bad. Bad, in that the color was muddy, taste was, well, yucky. So, our question is: what should we do with the rest of them? A bit of research showed us that some of the bottles are of finer vintages. Could they be ok? Can wines last this long? Would they be of any value? I can provide the names/years & photos if needed. Thanks for your help!
