This means that you need to make it sure that when you met again with your clients, you are consistent of your actions before and at the present you followed up with him. This can trigger your clients to see that what you said before was all real and true because of the consistency that you showed to them.
Be positive in all your persuasion. It is very much okay that you will tell your clients about the negative and the positive advantages of your product but, be more focus and expound more on the positive side. You need get your clients to see the bright side.
All of these things are very much helpful and useful if you want to hear the magical word when you persuade your clients.
