The Psychology of Influencing - Why People Say YesOverseas flights offer a great opportunity to polish off a book or two. Whilst travelling a couple of weeks ago, I read “Influence: The Psychology Of Persuasion” by Robert Cialdini. What a great read. It certainly bought back a few memories of my social psychology lectures. This book is a must read for any manager, supervisor, marketer or sales person.
