There are some registry repair software like Registry Easy which is easy to use as they execute the entire process themselves to prevent you from making any mistake.

You should clean the registry and the computer files frequently to speed up computer. A file can get corrupted and infected in a very short period of time. It can make your computer slow. If it continues for a long time the entire system may freeze or crash. Usually you should perform a repairing service twice a year to make your PC run smoothly and at optimal speed.

Apart from cleaning your computer you should also run an antivirus and anti spyware program constantly. It will help to prevent Trojans and virus attacks and ensure the safety of your computer in future.
