I am worried I have herpes
By: wondering | 29-05-2008
I am worried I have herpes. I had sex with a condom 7 weeks ago. About 1-2 weeks later a group of pimple like bumps started to form on the base of my penis. 13 total. They did not itch or cause any pain. 3 weeks afterwards, i came down with the flu. 4 weeks later, the bumps started to go down. They seemed like they were filled with fluid but they did not itch or burst at all. 5 weeks later i went to see a medic who said i have nothing to worry about because if they were herpes, they would itch cause pain and would have bursted open by now. So now 7 weeks later. the bumps have gone down significantly but they are still quite visible and have not completely gone away. They are quite small now, skin colored, but some seem to be filled with clear liquid or puss? I've been reading about the symptoms for herpes and they state that they would go away after about 2-3 weeks. this being the 7th week, i'm am getting worried. If they are not herpes, what are they?

Diagnosing a personality disorder
By: SaskGuy | 28-05-2008
When your wife has lost her mind and does not want to find it, how do you help? I believe that she has a personality disorder and these are some of the things she has done and said. I need to help her even though she thinks she is "perfectly fine".- Stares at the sun. Sees "signs" in the sky.- Is "friendly" to strangers, but more provacative. Very flirtatious.  - Dresses in a very flattering manner.- She "asks the questions, sees the signs, hears the whispers"- She "knows" things. She "senses" people.- She knows when someone is going to die- She can help/heal people- She is obsessed with another married man who thinks she is nuts.- She feels that she must heal him because he is dying of cancer.- She can not take the slightest critism, yet delivers it non stop.- Takes any comment about her as an attack - Believes she has powers and is enlightened about the world around her.- When she touches people, "something" will happen for them.- Pierced eyebrow, dyed her hair black, plans on getting a tattoo- Shut out her family.- spends hours in the bedroom or bathroom listening to music.- consumed by her thoughts and looking for signs of what she is supposed to do/be.Before some one asks the obvious question, no, she is not having an affair. Of this I am certain, even though I know she is in love with this other guy. He is just a further symptom of what is going on in her head. I have looked for some classification or understanding of what is going on with her, but she seems to cross many of the definitions under personality disorder. She will not see a shrink because "they don't know anything".  I know she should have some professional help, but she is no harm to herself or the kids as she is functions normally, but with a lot going on in her head. Does anyone have a clear definition of what could be going on
