You must be wondering why I dragged this prehistoric mythological creature in a discussion related to success and career. The reason behind this is the ancient Chinese practice of Feng Shui which deals with architectural planning and the layout and arrangement of furniture and objects within a space. The dragon is believed to be a very auspicious creature according to Chinese traditions and it holds a special significance as far as Feng Shui career tips are concerned. A person’s birth date can be used to calculate the personal number which is known as the kua number and on the basis of this number the success direction for one’s career is calculated.

I used to work alone in my room at the office most of the time, but our company is expanding and we have a new employee who will share the room with me. Since there's also a part-time worker who comes over twice a week, we need 3 desks. Here's a drawing of what we thought we'll do when the new desk arrives tomorrow. What do you think? Is this a good arrangement? I should also mention that there's a window next to the desk at the right-top (the window is at the top edge of the sketch) and the north is towards the door.
