Five Tips To Visualize and Use Law of Attraction

Visualization is a mean that you can use to attract what you want in life. We know from the Law of Attraction that from we can attract favorable events into our life by exercising the right thinking. One way to do it is by visualizing. However, not many people know how to visualize effectively. In this article, we talk about five steps to visualize and make sure that your visualization works properly according to the law of attraction. The five tips include the following:

1 Visualize only what you want
People have a tendency to think of what they don't want. Even worse, a lot of people unintentionally visualize what they don't want. This wrong visualization is called "worry". Have you ever been worried? I bet you have. Another example of negative visualization is when you walk on a thin stick of wood. You can easily walk if the stick is on the ground. However, if it is on the stick which is between two chairs, it will be more difficult. It will be extremely difficult if the stick is between the top of two buildings. You will imagine yourself fall down and get injured. The acrobats have a different approach to the same event. It is about their life or death. They will never visualize themselves fall down. These examples should give you a clear picture why you need to visualize only what you want.

2 Adjust your visual
We can adjust what we see in our inner mind. Like we adjust the television, we can adjust what we visualize. What we see can be in colors or black and white. It can be clear or blur, big or small, far or near, we are in it or we are not in it etc. The more colorful, vivid, graphic, relevant, moving the picture is, the more powerful your visualization will be.

3 Add other ingredients
If you are not good at thinking in picture, you may not be a visual person. What it means is that you may be better in using other sensory organs. It can be from your hearing, your tasting, your smelling or your touching. You can add these ingredients into your visualization. When you visualize you are having a good speech, you can imagine hearing a big ovation of the audiences standing and clapping their hands. You can imagine the feeling of being hugged by the audiences who come forward and cheer you on. You can imagine smelling the crowds. Or when you visualize you are having a good food, you can imagine the taste of it. This is the same as when you imagine the taste of your favorite food when you are hungry.

4 Use helpers
There are many instruments in the market that can help you achieve faster using visualization. There are scientific proofs that people can get better results if they background audio to stimulate the subconscious mind.

5 Visualize regularly
Make it a habit that you need to visualize regularly. Discipline is important to all personal development processes. The best time to visualize is before you go to bed. This is the best time to communicate with your subconscious mind. The mind will function to attract what you want while you are sleeping. The other time is when you just wake up. Make it twice a day and you will be amazed on the result you get.

The process of visualization is fundamental to your success. The law of attraction uses it as one of the most effective tools. The five tips in this article will help you succeed in your visualization.
