Happiness and a Choice

Happiness isn’t just a feeling is something such more then that. In a philosophical level, happiness is the feeling of one with the environment. Joy is something powerful, but many philosophers believed that it most come to us after we feel unhappy. Arthur Schopenhauer for once, told us that we must feel unhappy and then we can experience true happiness. But I, say he is wrong. Since happiness is a feeling we can experience it all the time! Some people are depressed all the time, some people are energetic all the time, in both cases it’s a feeling. So, if you can feel unhappy all the time, you can definitely feel happy all the time!
But then people say, I am unhappy because of this and that, I would say to them, wake up! You have so many things to be happy about! I for once, have troubles to speak. So a person who is able to speak fluently should be happy, so happy. I see that person as happy, as thankful for being able to speak without being stuck all the time.
And There is something so amazing about happiness. When you discover it, and fuse yourself with more and more happiness, you experience situations where you are happy. Suddenly things you wish for, happen. Happiness is like a magnet (like every other feeling). When feel happiness, you attract happy actions, happy people, happiness all the time.
I had something I didn’t like at all, and thought I’m going to be miserable being in that situation. But I have decided to be happy about it, or at least find the happiness in it. And guess what, now I am so happy. Whatever I expected, never happened, only good happened. I wake up with a smile, I write about happiness and I create it each time.
People in New York are so angry, I can feel it in every minute. But they should be happy, they are in the big apple! Hello? I love New York, and you love New York. Every place has it’s goods and bads, when you think only about the goods, you feel that happiness. And simply it’s a choice remember. When you feel unhappy, just remind yourself, that you have a wonderful kid, you have amazing family, imagine a place where you are so happy. A deserted island with you soul mate, just hanging out having fun or even doing some other things (just don’t make it a wet dream... :->).
I just remind you, that you love your life. There are so many good and powerful things going on in your life. Love it. Write your thoughts about happiness, think about happiness. And you shell receive it.
