Hypnosis has been used throughout history for both the treatment of physical and mental ailments as well as achieving social influence. With the advent of neurology and audio technology it is now possible for people to reap the benefits of hypnosis themselves without a hypnotist or other third party. Audio technology is utilized with brainwave entrainment through binaural beats to achieve hypnotic, altered states of consciousness quickly and easily, generally in 5-10 minutes. This means that one can achieve any hypnotic, altered state desired and achieve states such as meditation, relaxation, sleep, focus and concentration as well as altered states of consciousness that allow one to perform ESP, telepathy, remote viewing and past life regression with near to no effort and time. There are even binaural beats available to help individuals quit smoking, lose weight, gain confidence and improve health and healing… all achievable with no prior experience with hypnosis and meditation.

In past history it took years of dedication and practice with meditation to achieve hypnotic states and such elite feats of mind as ESP, telepathy and enhanced regenerative healing. However with brainwave entrainment any individual can simply sit back, put on headphones, relax and achieve these very same states in only minutes. This is because brainwave entrainment works directly on the brain to alter brainwave frequencies that are responsible for hypnotic, altered states of consciousness.

Brainwave entrainment works through playing two separate frequencies through stereo headphones to the left and right ears respectively. The brain upon hearing these two frequencies will produce a third frequency, called the binaural beat, which is the difference between the two frequencies being played. This binaural beat frequency can match any brainwave frequency including the brainwave frequencies that match up with altered states of consciousness such as meditation, relaxation and sleep, just to name a few. Because binaural beat audio technology works directly upon the brain in altering brainwaves, altered states of consciousness can be achieved very quickly and easily, generally in 5-10 minutes.

Brainwave entrainment and binaural beats are the most effective way to achieve self-hypnosis as it requires no prior experience with hypnosis or meditation and can achieve hypnotic states in just minutes. There are however other methods other than audio technology for achieving self-hypnosis. One method is autosuggestion. Autosuggestion utilizes meditation and visualization to put the mind into a hypnotic trance through one’s self imaging walking down steps or repeating a mantra. Self-hypnosis can also be achieved through walking hypnosis which is achieved through repeating a repetitive task. The repetition utilized in walking hypnosis will make the brain “bored”, at which point the mind will “day dream” or “zone out” and enter an altered state of consciousness. An example of walking hypnosis would be the tendency to daydream and zone out during boring lectures presented by monotone professors. The repetitive, monotonous tone of the professors voice would lull the mind into a trance-like, hypnotic state.

If you are interested in using self-hypnosis to achieve altered states of consciousness such as relaxation, sleep, meditation, ESP, telepathy, remote viewing, past life regression or if you want to improve your life by losing weight, increasing learning, memory, confidence, self-esteem, focus, concentration and overall health, longevity and energy then brainwave entrainment may be something you want to test out.
