What constitutes a good happy hour? Is it a place which sells drinks at half price, or two drinks for the price of one? Or does happiness mean something a little deeper? Perhaps happiness means excitement to you or peacefulness, or joyfulness, or any number of different things. Have you cracked the key to happiness in your life or does happiness remain tantalizingly elusive?
Are you happy? I think this is a really good question, and wonder how many people genuinely answer in the affirmative and truly mean it; mean it one hundred percent, that is. You may ask why I am so pessimistic about the answer to this question, and in answer I would say that I can literally "feel" the feelings which people "emit". I think we are all aware that the majority of communication is transmitted non-verbally, but fewer of us appreciate that the "vibes" we feel are in fact energy.
Every feeling we have emits its own frequency, and just as switching on a light bulb bathes everyone in the room with light (whether you wanted it to or not), so too your feelings affect those around you. Similarly, you are also affected by the feelings of others. It's a two way street, and the most powerfully generated energy will usually come out the winner. Thus it is important to not only be aware of the feelings which you are transmitting, but also to have the ability to step forward and enjoy positive energy transmitted by others, whilst at the same time being able to step back and shield yourself from negative energy forces.
There are a few basic mental skills which everyone can learn so as to enjoy life in a state of positive energy, and this paves the way to feeling happy. Happiness is not dependent on status, money or being on holiday. Happiness is a state of mind, whereby you accept where you are at this moment in time and enjoy this moment for what it is. Happiness seems to many to be so complex and elusive, and dependent on many an outside factor; but to view happiness from this perspective simply reinforces its elusiveness and pushes it ever further away. Happiness, in actual fact, is very simple. It's a choice which everyone can make.
For some people to be happy it may require a little bit of mental "re-wiring", and this can be amazingly easy with the help of hypnosis downloads. Hypnosis is a state of relaxation and allows you to take a step back and see things from a different angle. Hypnosis provides access to your subconscious mind and so automatic beliefs and behaviors can be altered. Listening to a hypnosis download can give you a very happy hour indeed!
Happiness is not dependent on external factors; Rather, happiness is dependent on your own thoughts, and your own chosen perspectives. And thoughts, beliefs and perspectives can be changed, so long as you want to change them. Why not get a free hypnosis download and try it for yourself?
