The Path To Enlightenment- The 7 Day Program To Positive Thinking

You probably have a bright idea hidden somewhere in  your mind that you just can't wait to test out. I'm sure that you're not the only one with the bright idea. What motivates you to bring out the best from those wonderful ideas?

I believe that it's always a good thing to set yourself a personal goal where you can accomplish the most in the fastest time, maybe like mowing the lawn in an hour before the football game on TV. A positive attitude in whatever you do will make things easier, and even
enjoyable.

Here are some tips that you can try out during the week even if you're just sitting in your
favorite couch. The best ideas take time to form in your head and are always working away while you are busy sitting still.

I believe that having a bit of positive thinking can help you realize things that you never thought werepossible. Thinking big is indeed the way of successful people and that what made our country great.

1. You must take passionate action towards living your life by design. Talk is cheap. Action equals deposits in the bank of a passionately authentic future. Without it, passion is void and useless.

Obviously this is a perfect example where dreams are made of where you start by tinkering with your mind, then with your hands. And if you find that the idea starts to weaken, you can always go back to it later until you have finished it.

2. Make a commitment to yourself as well as those you love to create a life you can love. Instead of reacting, commit to creating it from your heart and from your soul, out of love rather than out of fear. The dream will always be there, but a dream will still be a dream without making it move. You will be amazed as the transformation begins.

3. Try to recognize and embrace the wonderful thought that each moment is perfect regardless of its outcome. Every time you decide to do something that may appear rather extreme, just give it a shot and see if it will work. You just may be surprised to see that there are other ways to get the task done in time. If you are not pleased with the outcome,  use that moment to learn from and make the appropriate shift in direction.

4. Learn how to dwell fully in a place of gratitude. Learn to utilize what you have got and make use of it in the most constructive way. Slipping into neediness will become less of
a habit when you move towards gratitude, away from poverty thoughts.

5. Always use a passion formula of recognize-reevaluate-restore in place of the "I should have/ would have/ could have formula". The former is based in increasing your knowledge and abundance while the latter focuses on scarcity and lack. As you face people or tasks that may seem more daunting than scaling the heights of Mount Everest, allow yourself to realize that the task is just as important as giving instructions to your subordinates. You would rather be richly passionate!

6. Always keep humor at the forefront of your thoughts, and learn to laugh at and with yourself whenever possible. You may find yourself quite entertaining when you loosen up! I have never
seen a comedian ever go hungry even though his jokes are as "old as the hills". Life has so much to offer instead of moping around in self pity. Humor is attractive, passionate and
life-giving.

7. Truly believe that you are the architect of your own destiny. No one can take your passionate future from away from you! Create your life authentically. As long as there's still
breath in your body, there is no end to how much you can accomplish in a lifetime. The
concept of thinking big is all about enjoying your work, which would lead to celebrate a
discovery that is born within yourself. Watch everything flow into place with perfect,
passionate precision.

I have noticed how interesting it is to watch people get confused up by something so trivial as learning how to use a computer, when nowadays most computer companies are manufacturing software that anyone can understand if they try. I don't mean to be condescending, but that's the idea of not having any positive thinking in your life - you'll be like a dull lightglobe  in a dark corner. So instead of subjecting yourself to what you will be doomed for, make your path brighter by taking the first step with a positive attitude and bring back the light into your life !

Should I Do Yoga Or Pilates?

By: Dr David Black | 24/02/2009 | Wellness
As a practicing chiropractor, I see many patients who regularly attend yoga or pilates classes. Both groups of patients seem to derive benefit from their classes yet the philosophy of both is quite different. One seems to have a physical base for instruction while the other seems to have a spiritual base as its origin. Anyone would benefit from either discipline but they do have different purposes and do not accomplish the same things.
