Many people want to change their lives because they do not like where they are at right now. They want to improve how things are or change an outcome they are currently having. To begin this process of enhancing their current situation they must first ask themselves why the outcome they desire is not here right now. What new solution will enhance this desire and allow it to manifest.
Most often, when we reflect on your current life experience we can find a correlation between what is manifesting and our current thinking around it. Our thinking habits deliver our life experiences on a day to day basis. If we don't examine our current thinking habits our life experiences will remain the same. The basic nature of thoughts is that they are tools that provide life experiences.
These experiences are brought on by what you are telling yourself. If you never examine what you are telling yourself then you perpetuate the same experience of you that you currently have. This can be self-sabotaging if the experience is one that you think you would like to change. The key to enhancing your life and its experience is to stop believing that you are your thinking habit.
You are not the negative or positive thought you just had, you simply are experiencing the aftermath of a thought you just exposed yourself to. It does not mean you are a good person or a bad person that is just another thought you exposed yourself to. The question is which thought would you like to experience more of? What experience would you like to create for yourself?
Whatever you choose the secret is to stop identifying yourself as the thought you are currently choosing and decide what experience you would currently like to experience. Then think a thought that moves you in that direction. The basic of enhancing your outcome means that you are experiencing a result you wanted to create for yourself. Practice becoming aware of your current think and look to see if your thinking reflects the experiences your thinking creates.
