10 Thing To Remember, And Never Forget

Each of us only has a certain number of minutes and seconds on this planet. Every second we waste or spend not doing these things is a wasted moment. Read this list of 10 things, remember this list, and always, always use it to your fullest potential.

1. Remember to tell those people you care about that you love them. The last thing you ever want to say to someone before they leave this earth, or before you do, is something bad. I know I personally want my final words to be I love you.

2. Remember to watch children as they learn and experience the world. Children are one of god's most amazing gifts. I love to watch small children as they learn about and experience the world. They have so much to teach us about truly experiencing life without the conditioning and programming we have by the time we become adults.

3. Remember to laugh often and smile much. Life is way, way to short to be miserable and sad most of the time. Remember to laugh at every opportunity you get, and smile as much as you possibly can. Even if it's over something small or stupid to other people. Enjoy every moment you possibly can.

4. Stop and watch the sun rise and set from time to time. It's easy to get caught up in our busy lives and forget to experience the small things. Let the warmth of a setting sun touch your face, and let the rising sun remind you of a new and glorious day.

5. Enjoy the brilliant colors of the changing leaves. I love autumn. The colors are so magnificent and brilliant. It's such a wonderful experience to open up and let the colors flow through me.

6. Figure out what you want to be when you grow up. In my opinion, anyone without goals and dreams already has one foot in the grave. Everyone feels more alive when they have goals and dreams to move toward. So figure out what you want to be, do, and have, and always move toward those things.

7. Remember to stop and listen. Listen to the world around you without labeling it or judgeing it. Listen to the birds, the sound of the wind, soft gentle music. Simply remember to stop and listen from time to time and see what magnificent beauty there is in the world all around us all the time.

8. Truly slow down and taste every single bite of your food. So many people eat so fast that they barely taste what they are eating. Enjoy things as you eat them, and take twice as long as you normally do to chew each and every single bite.

9. Cry more often. Make them tears of joy, of excitement, of sadness at times also. I love when I am so full of passion and excitement and joy that I get choked up with tears. I also enjoy the moments of sadness that cause tears to flow from me.

10. Open up and enjoy the entire experience of human emotions. So many people try to cling to the good emotions and run from the bad ones. Allow yourself to experience all of them as they happen. Emotions are like the weather and they come and go on a moment to moment basis. Take the time to connect and feel everything around you and inside of you all the time.

Panic Attachs Eliminated from My Life Forever

By: Julio Trujillo | 27/12/2009
My first encounter with a panic attack came at the age of twenty-nine. From what I've learned from reading and by talking to other panic attack sufferers, this was later than usual. Most panic sufferers that I've spoken with or read about had their first panic attack either in their teens or early twenties.

Ted Haggard and What He Means to You and Me

By: Julio Trujillo | 27/12/2009
I read about Ted Haggard's confession of homosexuality and use of methamphetamines, just as you probably have. And I had reactions to it just as you probably do. The first reaction I had was a sense of vindication tinged with that luscious feeling of revenge that the hypocrisy of gay bashing was once

Improving Your Memory through Constant Learning

By: Julio Trujillo | 27/12/2009
Keeping our brains active can help improve memory performance. While the old tried and tested method of repetition is still an important part of memory techniques, we also need a bit of novelty to keep our minds awake and to stimulate our brains.

We always exist in a state of grace. Grace is our benevolence of heart, and our generosity of spirit. Grace is unconditional love and the beauty that is our humanity. When we know that we are blessed with grace, we can't help but want to live our lives in grace ...grace is a permanent part of our being. Knowing

What Good Does it Do to Keep Learning?

By: Julio Trujillo | 27/12/2009
I am a proud lifelong learner and am married to one. I am descended from a long line of lifelong learners and hope that I am raising another generation as well. As a lifelong learner, I am a bit confused by people who think learning is something you should be able to finish off at the age of 18 or 22. Even

Everything, And Everyone, Are All Connected

By: Dwayne Gilbert | 28/11/2007 | Self Improvement
We have all heard different religions and philosophies talk about everyone and everything as being one, as being connected. The first thing that pops into many people's minds are how that is not only true, but possible, and what that has to do with the law of attraction and living the life of their dreams.

Everything Is Made Up Of The Same Stuff, And At Our Command

By: Dwayne Gilbert | 28/11/2007 | Self Improvement
We have a twisted understanding and view of the world that is nothing close to the way that things really are. If we were to really understand the reality of things around us, our ability to experience what we want and use the law of attraction to have, do, and be what we choose would be much, much easier.

When working with the law of attraction, a very large majority of people ask for one thing, money. There are a few things we need to understand about money before we can ever hope to attract it, especially the fact that money is not only an illusion and not real, it's not at all what we want to attract.
