If you had a fight with your friend or relatives, and you know that you hurt their feelings, make apology.

You can show your sincerity by talking to that person. You'll feel a lot better when you know that everything is fine now.

Don't be shy to let your family, friends and relatives know that you value and love them.

okay, i've been feeling really weird, but i dont think i'm sick. and i've no idea what to do. i have this strange twitching thing where its like uncontrolable twitching only it is really beginning to bug me. it is happening a lot more since my wonderful girlfriend told me out of the blue she is bisexual. i wouldnt call myself homophobic or anyhting but its the last thing i expected and really blew me back. i've been feeling really crappy last few months but its suddenly intensified and i find myself completely unmotivated to do anything. more now than usual. i'm quite amazed that i bought myself to write this letter. i cant think of anything else to say but sometimes, when i am completely alone, not not alone, i infrequently hear someone call out my name really loudly. scares the hell out of me when i'm on my own and i know noones there. it might only happen once a month or so but its been happening for a few months now. i'm done. thanks.

We had a very moving visit to the Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre in January 2008. We were impressed with the effort to provide training, income and care for these fine people - who were most gracious to us. At the time, we ordered a beautiful carpet - for delivery later this year. I've been trying to reach the office to discuss the order and to change the shipping address. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach anyone by phone. The numbers on the receipt have all been disconnected. Has something happened to the center? I certainly hope not. Does anyone have current contact information? Thank you.

why am i such a loner. is perfring to be alone bad? i love being around people. but im shy so i barely say anything. which is weird because im usually really hyper and goofy. at least with my family. but i care too much about wat people think of me. so i get nervous and have like a social anxiety attack, so i like to be by myself. plus when ever my friends text or call me, i never answer, unless its my boyfreind. im in clubs and stuff but its hard to participate. im used to not getting my voice heard so i jus like to listen to others opinions. ive never really been much of a talker i guess. im not sure what im asking. lol. umm maybe jus some feed back/
