However, most people's goals are not to simply get a cup of Coffee or a hot chocolate. It is not that we make it complicated, it is simple. You set goal, take action, and then see the achievement. Getting a cup of coffee can be as simple as putting the kettle on, getting the coffee, adding milk, water and sugar - if you desire. Then you have your coffee.

In fact, this can equate to many different tasks. And most of those tasks are consistent. Kind of like supplying yourself ready coffee for life. You need to consistently put in the effort. 
 
We know that out of 100 of your school friends, 4 will become financially independent or achieve great success, and one will stand out. He or she will be very wealthy and achieve so much. We also know that approximately 7% of people set goals. 
 
This makes an interesting point. It shows that the correlation of the people who goal set, and those 5% that achieve noteworthy success go together. This means that goal setting is a crucial process of achieving success.
