"Success leaves clues."
This famous old saying holds the ultimate success advice for anyone who wants to become successful but doesn't know how to get started.
Success is not rocket science. Every success story leaves behind some clues, and for observant eyes, those clues are worth their weight in gold. The clever person can take those clues and apply them to his own specific situation to achieve massive success. Those clues are like timeless principles - valid anywhere and any time.
You don't have to re-invent the wheel or spend years of your life in a never-ending loop of trial and error. The clues are out there waiting for you to get your hands on them.
Not long ago, I was watching Brian Tracy speak about how his life has been changed and how he started to create his success empire.
He said that life had taught him that at a certain point in time every person comes across a quote, an idea, or a question that dramatically changes his life forever. And that is what happened to him.
Brian's life changed completely when he asked himself, "Why are some people more successful than others?"
From that point on, he started learning everything he could about the qualities of successful people and how they built their success from the ground up. The fascinating part is that while he was learning, he was taking notes and applying every single habit or quality to his own life.
When Brian read that successful people wake up early in the morning, plan their day in advance, set priorities, write down their goals, and so forth, he started doing the exact same things.
And within a few months his life had totally changed. Yes, he underwent a complete life transformation.
That same question that Brian asked intrigued and inspired me enough to start discovering the clues for success from the most successful people in the world.
And my quest for those clues led me to invite over 90 of the most successful people in the world, in one-on-one conversations, to share with me their stories of how they reached the peak of success and their ideas of how the rest of us could do the same.
It has often been said that the easiest path to success is to follow in the footsteps of someone who is already successful. That is what Brian Tracy did, that is what every single successful person in history did, and that is what anyone who wants to become successful SHOULD do.
Be a success detective and go pick up the clues for success - your OWN success.
I promise that your life will never be the same!
