If you're like many people who’ve heard of the Law of Attraction, you may be driving yourself crazy trying to figure out how to use it to create what you want.
It's even more discouraging when the answers people give you only complicate things. Should you focus specifically on what you want in great detail, or should you concentrate instead on the “essence” of what you want? Or, as some people suggest, is it actually counterproductive to focus at all on what you’re trying to manifest?
Yikes! No wonder there’s so much confusion and frustration around how to use the Law of Attraction!
Well, get ready to celebrate, because I'm about to reveal the secret that will solve this bewildering problem for you once and for all. It is actually very easy to manifest what you want, once you figure out these two things:
1.How much resistance do you have around that which you want to manifest? Put a number to it using a scale of 0-10, with 0 being none and 10 being a lot.
2.How close do you feel your manifestation is to actually occurring? Very close or sometime in the future?
Once you know these two things, then you'll be able to figure out which of the three approaches to deliberate creation is right for you.
Three Approaches to Deliberate Creation
First Approach – Hold a specific vision of what you want.
This approach to deliberate creation is perfect if every fiber of your being knows that what you want to manifest is right around the corner—that it’s so close you can taste it.
This is when you can get specific and detailed about what you want.
People who are in this stage of creation have no resistance (level 0), are ready for what they want to manifest, and are in a state of great appreciation about the manifestation. They feel and know that it's going to manifest very soon.
Second Approach – Find the essence of what you want and feel into it.
“Finding the essence” means identifying the quality that having this thing will give you. For example: the essence of being in a relationship could be happiness, fulfillment, or companionship. The essence of having money could be freedom or ease.
“Feeling into it” means dwelling on the essence of what you want and deeply feeling what it would be like to manifest it.
This approach to deliberate creation is perfect if you are experiencing just a little bit of resistance (levels 1-3). It's also a good approach to use if you have a sense that what you want will manifest in the not-too-distant future.
This approach won't work for you if you have a lot of resistance (levels 7-10) toward it or feel as if manifestation is far off. You'll know this is the wrong approach for you if you feel overwhelmed and frustrated with not getting what you want.
Third Approach – Take what you want completely out of the equation and don't focus on it at all.
This approach to deliberate creation is perfect for you if, every time you think about what you want to manifest, all you can see is that it hasn't yet manifested.
In this case, you have no gut-level knowing that it will manifest anytime soon.
People who are in this stage of deliberate creation have high resistance (levels 7-10), and the balance of their feeling about the manifestation is in the direction of not having it. They are not really ready for manifestation to occur, even though they may want it very much.
When you have high resistance, it means you are quite far from manifesting what you want. You may even be in a state of anger, fear, or desperation. If you are finding yourself in a moderate (levels 4-6) or higher state of resistance, then focusing on something specific will only increase that resistance and your feelings of anxiety and doubt.
Therefore, the best thing for you to do is to take what you want completely out of the equation. Don't even focus on it. Focus on some other aspect of your life that is going well—something that has a level 0 resistance to it. Once you do, resistance in other areas will lessen. After a time, you'll be able to focus again on what you want to manifest, perhaps using the second, or even the first, approach to deliberate creation.
There is a lot of confusion surrounding the Law of Attraction and how to use it effectively. The key to using the Law of Attraction successfully is two-fold: recognize how much resistance you have toward manifesting what you want, and determine which of the three approaches to deliberate creation to use in your present situation. Once you know these two things, you will be well on your way to utilizing the Law of Attraction to deliberately create everything you want to manifest.
