As I mentioned, in Part 1, in the game of life, everyone can be a winner. Importantly, you must have the mindset to be winner, to want to win, and not playing it not to lose.

Below are some of the areas to improve the probability of winning:

1. Be flexible to change according to events and situations. Understand its impact to yourself.

Understand what’s your end objective, what’s the definition of “winning” in your context. Maintaining focus on your objective, adopt flexibility in your strategy. The earth is constantly revolving. Situations changes all the time. Everything changes. Learn to understand events that’ll have impact on your strategy. Be prepared to adopt a different strategy or tactics while maintaining crystal clear focus on your end objective. Making mistakes are fine, so long as you gain valuable feedback.

2. Understand your competitors, if any. Otherwise understand your obstacles, stumbling block.

Understand what’s stopping or prevent you from achieving your objective. Get to know these obstacles. The more your know about them, the better you’re in overcoming them. As Sun Tzu said,”Understand yourself, and understand your enemy will make every battle victor.”

Understand who are the people/companies that are obstructing or blocking your path to success. Either make them your ally, or make them irrelevant to your objective. The last thing to avoid is to hit them head-on. This will waste unnecessary energy from you where you can use that to do more constructive activities.

3. Leverage on joint venture and synergies

To gain success all by yourself is like leading a life all by yourself. You’ll have to solve all issues that comes along – by yourself. This is not a wise strategy to be successful in the shortest possible time. Leveraging on others to complement your weaknesses will allow you to achieve more in a shorter time. Harnessing the power of synergy will multiply your strength, giving your leverage to yourself or your company. However, be extremely cautious on who your partners are. Learn to study and attract the right kind of partners and allies. Otherwise, instead of helping you, these people will pull you down even more.

Among the 4 participants, it was clear that participant 1 was the winner. It made me realized that he was the leader of the pack. And the rest are just followers who’re contented with that position. Eventhough it was just a game, but when I revealed to them my observations, they were surprised as admit that they did behave, in real life, exactly the way they behave during the game. So if your want to be successful, are your playing to win, or just playing not to lose?

Will weight loss AFTER lipo target the non-lipo'd areas?? i.e. reverse of weight gain after lipo
By: lipo4athlete | 20-08-2008
I am going in for liposuction of my lower ab, hips, flanks, bra rolls, and back, but also really need to lose stubborn fat off my arms and thighs as well!! (just couldn't get it all done in one trip, so I had to prioritize) My question (my hope) is: Will it be any easier for me to lose fat in those remaining stubborn areas - my arms and thighs - since they no longer have to compete with that whole mid-section?  In other words, if weight gain tends to go to the non-lipo'd areas/does weight loss tend to come off these non-lipo'd areas, too?  or just wishful thinking :/ ?
