Think and Grow Rich Loses Holiday Anxiety

What does a Think And Grow Rich philosophy have to do with losing anxiety? Once upon a time I lived in a large family and suffered from anxiety and depression. I struggled to maintain my duties as a mother, wife, friend and employee.

I say duties just to give you an idea of the must do attitude I was living with. I struggled each day to do what I thought was expected of me. I love my family but the internal turmoil I went through on a daily basis was robbing me of a better quality of life.

As time went on I followed the usual methods for the treatment of anxiety and depression but I felt like I was always on hold, waiting for a marked improvement in my well being.

I did research into the world of depression and anxiety only to be met with confusion and more questions.Time has a way of going by even if you are not getting all you can from your life.

I was good at disguising what I was going through, even from myself it seemed. I did not know that anxiety and depression were affecting my immune system as well as causing trauma psychologically.

Increased episodes would appear with greater intensity during the holidays. It was a year ago that I noticed a shift in the way I was feeling and I was having better results dealing with my anxiety and depression.

After suffering a heart attack that I believe was partially caused by stress as a result of years of anxiety and depression, I found a way to begin to heal from my past experiences.

I slowly became involved with people who once had experienced a similar lifestyle and had made personal changes by following the teachings, lessons and ideals found in the Think And Grow Rich philosophy. My way of thinking about life and what was possible soon started to build a new personal foundation at an inner level for me.

Just as you begin to creep then crawl and walk then run as you develop physically as a human being or using another analogy, the steps needed to build a house, you can see that I am saying , you need a beginning point . At this point you are launched onto a path that makes a great deal of sense once you are doing the internal work necessary.I used the word work but making a personal change and shift in attitude is a positive form of the word.

After creating my own book on anxiety and depression recovery, I was introduced to a group that was studying the Think And Grow Rich philosophy for riches. It sounded interesting and I wanted to hear what this philosophy for riches was all about.I was intrigued by the word riches. Riches was a word with many aspects associated to it.

When you are learning something new and empowering, your whole perception regarding personal and financial possibilities is inspiring and you find that you want to learn and do more.

This process of change comes with time and the effort you put into doing it. I can tell you that not only do holidays and everyday now have a new outlook but I see the possibilities ahead with a sense of faith and have found a burning desire inside of me to move forward in my endeavor for personal and financial freedom.

There are many new ideas to study and I am building my internal mindset so that I will have changed the old ways of living just to get by, both personally and financially into a formula I will live by everyday.

You can find the same change for yourself and pass it on to others once you become involved with like minded individuals. People all over the globe are learning to better their quality of life.I started out suffering but found the Think And Grow Rich philosophy was better than any medication I could ever find.
