I strongly believe everyone on this planet earth wants to succeed in their own ways and definition. Some people worked throughout their life and managed to succeed in life. Some of them don’t. And there are some who choose not to venture onto the road to success after a while. Some succeeded within a very short span of time. What was the factor that causes them to succeed within 10 years which some took probably a lifetime, and may not even succeed?

One of the main reason is these successful people PLAN FOR SUCCESS. They started just like the rest, with an ambition, a dream that they want badly to achieve. And here is the difference. Some started planning for their success, some just rush out and take actions, while some just simply stand at the door, still deciding whether to open and walk the road to success of not.

When you plan for success, there are a few things you need to consider:

1. Whats your ultimate destination?

2. How much time do you intend to travel to reach your destination?

3. Why do you want to achieve your dreams?

4. What are the various strategies that you can adopt (various ways of arriving your destination)

Successful people, when planning their route to success, answered all the above questions, plan their strategies, that is the route to success before starting embarking onto the journey. Imagine you and your partner or best friend decides to embark onto a holiday trip. Knowing where you are heading, but no clues on which is the most appropriate means of transportation to get there and back safely means that you may either spend more money, or more time. In the end, you will not truly enjoy the trip because you don’t have enough money to spend, or enough time to have fun. Worse still if you don’t even know where to go!

Planning to succeed is probably one of the most important aspects of every successful person. Without planning to succeed, you may have walked around many bushes before achieving success. Without planning success, you may not even get there! And without planning success, you may not even know you have reached there!
