About the Author: Sheri Falcone is a novice author, student of personal growth, and entrepreneur who enjoys helping others become truly empowered and achieve their dreams. She has turned her passion into a lucrative personal development business, www.setnolimits.info. This business system provides all the tools you will need to create greater prosperity and joy in your life. Her enthusiasm is contagious and she believes laughter and appreciation are our emotional healers.
Success is always achieved when you believe it can be. The only thing that stands between you and what you want from life is the courage to try and your belief that it is possible.
The only true limits to your realization of tomorrow dreams are today’s doubts. The moment you carry the conviction of belief is the moment your desires will become reality.
You can, be, and do, if you think you can.
This is why you choose a path of personal development. You choose to create the life you desire. Achieve all the dreams you have dreamed.
However, this really isn’t new information in the world. This is the age of reflection and personal growth. We are all searching for answers on how to feel fulfilled. To feel joy instead of unhappiness. This is what life is really about – feeling joy. It is true when you hear “No matter how many friends you have or how much money you have in the bank, it does not necessarily bring us joy”. When you enter into a personal development program, you just don’t wake up one day and are instantly changed into a new person. However, with a good home study program, usually 90 days, you will be guided through by a step by step process on how to start changing your mindset and life. It is amazing, that in just 30 days, you will feel uplift in your energy and attitude. Whatever time it takes, it is well worth the pursuit in order to have a better and enriched life.
But I now ask you?? Are you creating your future by choosing the thoughts that will give you what you want? Or are you just wishing your life would change? If you are just wishing, it might be time to get serious about where your life is going. It’s time to take control of your future. Ask yourself “WHY” do I want my life to change or improve? The “why” is the most important element in defining or re-designing your lifestyle? The “why” is what sends your desires and goals out to the Universe? It is the fuel for your law of attraction. Do you have the ideal lifestyle that you deserve right now? Are you building financial independence so that you may spend quality time with your family? Are you on that road to personal and financial freedom? Are you experiencing a life by design – your design - or are you just floating by day by day?
Now - imagine discovering a business that would allow you to create a legacy of your own. Build something for yourself and family – not for someone else. Are you looking for more out of life that what you currently have? Most of us would definitely say Yes. With a personal development business you can achieve both personal growth to truly FEEL joy and financial freedom to truly ENJOY living.
However, most of us have also discovered that our goals and dreams did not come close to our financial abilities or our time availabilities. We knew we had to make an adjustment – either lower our goals to meet our financial and time capabilities or find a way to increase our time and financial capabilities in order to exceed our goals. The truth is most people can only achieve one or the other. Very few - the wise, one percenters- we call them, achieve both. These one percenters are usually business owners. You can be a one percenter if you believe you can.
By designing your life with a personal development business, you will achieve everything you have set your mind to. Because when you practice personal development, you know that the law of universe is a given. When you develop this business, and are achieving all of your goals, you will in turn want to help others achieve their goals as well. What a win-win business.
This home business has enabled my husband and me to retire in a lifestyle that we deserve. We are achieving our own dreams, traveling, spending time with our grandkids and just enjoying the best time of our lives. Our only regret was that we did not do this in our 30’s to enjoy the next 40 years with this incredible success and freedom. We encourage you not to wait, please explore a path of personal development that will change your life forever.

The Characteristics of a Good Leader
By: Emile A. Jarreau | 19/12/2009The position of a leader is as empowering as it is exhausting. Irrespective of the fact that you are a leader at a school or a community or at your workplace, you are the subject of a lot of expectations. There is no set formula that can help you become the leader who can efficiently meet all these expectations…
Conflict Management Training - Understanding unreasonable customer demands
By: Eamonn Dennis | 19/12/2009Why not try this the next time you are in your bank's branch: Demand from the counter staff that they write off your mortgage or your credit card bills. When staff politely respond that this is not possible, accuse them of giving you a mortgage or credit you could not afford - so it's their fault! They might then look at you incredulously and try again to turn you down politely.
Conflict Management Training - Handling difficult people
By: Eamonn Dennis | 19/12/2009The bully, the gossip, the misery, the know-it-all, the procrastinator, the silent presence, the 'I want to be everyone's friend'... We've all met them. In fact, if we are totally honest, there's probably a little of these in all of us!
Conflict Management Training - Dealing with conflict during change
By: Eamonn Dennis | 19/12/2009When dealing with colleagues or anyone else who may be coming from a different perspective to us, there is always potential for conflict. Clashes of personality, styles, and expectations can lead to anything from innocent misunderstandings to inappropriate behaviour and open hostility.
Conflict Management Training - Managing unpredictable behaviour
By: Eamonn Dennis | 19/12/2009With normal everyday behaviour, we can predict a great deal. We say 'hello' and we expect someone to say 'hello' back. There are many social conventions that all 'normally' behaving people comply with: if I enter a waiting room in which you are already sitting, unless I know you I will sit with at least one empty chair between us; if we are strangers, then I don't expect you to come up and hug me; etc.
Conflict Management Training - What angry customers want
By: Eamonn Dennis | 19/12/2009During this current credit crunch the public need their banks and money to be safe (our primary want). In theory then, if our financial institutions are safe, we should all feel satisfied. Unfortunately for the banks, we also have some other, secondary wants that are not being addressed and are causing a lot of disquiet. It would be nice to know for example, who is responsible? Are they going to explain what happened? Are they going to apologise?
Conflict Management Training - Managing conflict by avoiding 'absolutes'

How to enjoy your job
By: Hamil Almisk | 19/12/2009Nowadays, officers are different. Before decades you see officers were active in their works. They came on time and work in a very good way. They appreciated their work very much. So they did it perfectly. Also they are friendly . But now
