Why not HAVE what you want to HAVE?

Why not HAVE what you want to HAVE?

This is part of the BE, DO, HAVE series….

This is to help you find your happiness, your purpose, your dream.  Find what motivates you to do what you truly love doing.

Remember if you keep doing what you have always done you will keep getting what you have always got.  Change what you are doing, change you’re thinking because in doing this you will change your life.  You are the only person that can change you.

Tools you will require

Note book and pen.

Get yourself a note book to answer the following questions and you will start to see a pattern emerge.  This is a very powerful tool that I believe should be used by everyone.  I have used it myself, I have used all of my motivational material and that is why I can write about them with such passion because I know that they work.  I also use them with my clients and get very excited when I see it working in their lives and even more excited when my clients get it and realize the power in the work that they are doing on themselves.

By now you should have done some work on what you want to BE? What you want to DO?

If you have not done the work, it is recommended that you do the work before working in this area.

Before you can have anything you are required to do something before having it.  You have to take action because there is no cause with effect.  To have something you need to do something so what is the something that you like to do?

Think about the questions and answer them.  Write your answers in your note book.

HAVE

What do you want to HAVE in your life?

What would you life look like if you had want you wanted to HAVE in your life?

Imagine, visualize it

Make a list of all the things that you like to have when I say all things I mean all things all those things that you thought that you could not have for one reason or another.

When writing your list remember there is no limited to what you can have so please do not limit yourself, remember anything.

Here is something to think about

Have you ever felt that you have been under paid for something?

Have you ever felt that you have been over paid for something?

Taking time out to think about these questions and pondering on them will limit your thinking and take up too much of your time so please move on because these things are in the past and you can not change the past only your future.

Think of it this way payment is when a service is rendered and a fair day’s pay for a fair day’s work, and the more people you help, the more you are worth in the market place.

Here are a few ideas of some of the things you can have:

Power (social, work, family, etc)

Status (social, work, family, etc)

Sex (attraction, partner, etc)

Financial rewards

Recognition

Growth

Adventure

What would you like?

This is part of the BE, DO, HAVE series (inspired by New Insights)

Astral Projection Binaural Beats: Will They Work For You?

By: Peter Dougan | 20/12/2009
Astral projection binaural beats have been a part of mankind’s journey through life for many years. We are in such a rapidly paced world now, where we eat in a dash sleep in a dash, and wake up in a rush and hustle to work in a rush. Amidst all of this entire whirl and bustle, little do we care about our bodily well being and psychological well being? Like they say the face is the symbol of the mind, we fail to appreciate that our aging and dull faces just mean that our mind is exhausted.

The Characteristics of a Good Leader

By: Emile A. Jarreau | 19/12/2009
The position of a leader is as empowering as it is exhausting. Irrespective of the fact that you are a leader at a school or a community or at your workplace, you are the subject of a lot of expectations. There is no set formula that can help you become the leader who can efficiently meet all these expectations…

Conflict Management Training - Understanding unreasonable customer demands

By: Eamonn Dennis | 19/12/2009
Why not try this the next time you are in your bank's branch: Demand from the counter staff that they write off your mortgage or your credit card bills. When staff politely respond that this is not possible, accuse them of giving you a mortgage or credit you could not afford - so it's their fault! They might then look at you incredulously and try again to turn you down politely.

Conflict Management Training - Handling difficult people

By: Eamonn Dennis | 19/12/2009
The bully, the gossip, the misery, the know-it-all, the procrastinator, the silent presence, the 'I want to be everyone's friend'... We've all met them. In fact, if we are totally honest, there's probably a little of these in all of us!

Conflict Management Training - Dealing with conflict during change

By: Eamonn Dennis | 19/12/2009
When dealing with colleagues or anyone else who may be coming from a different perspective to us, there is always potential for conflict. Clashes of personality, styles, and expectations can lead to anything from innocent misunderstandings to inappropriate behaviour and open hostility.

Conflict Management Training - Managing unpredictable behaviour

By: Eamonn Dennis | 19/12/2009
With normal everyday behaviour, we can predict a great deal. We say 'hello' and we expect someone to say 'hello' back. There are many social conventions that all 'normally' behaving people comply with: if I enter a waiting room in which you are already sitting, unless I know you I will sit with at least one empty chair between us; if we are strangers, then I don't expect you to come up and hug me; etc.

Conflict Management Training - What angry customers want

By: Eamonn Dennis | 19/12/2009
During this current credit crunch the public need their banks and money to be safe (our primary want). In theory then, if our financial institutions are safe, we should all feel satisfied. Unfortunately for the banks, we also have some other, secondary wants that are not being addressed and are causing a lot of disquiet. It would be nice to know for example, who is responsible? Are they going to explain what happened? Are they going to apologise?
