Do you often feel powerless, alone, deserted and at the mercy of outside circumstances? Well, if you do you certainly are not alone.

Let's be honest we do not like change, we think it is dangerous and should be avoided when ever possible. This notion is fundamentally flawed, because we believe security is created externally and as long as we maintain the status quo life will be predictably safe with a bit of luck.

Consider what would happen if we never changed and everything stayed the same:

For starters you would not be reading this article, because you would in all probability not even been born yet. Remember, in order to be born you need to get out of the womb and that means changing your previous situation. What I am really saying here is this: WIthout change the world would not have evolved, period.

The principle building block of the universe is energy and energy is in constant motion. The moment you stop this motion you are going to die. Life itself depends on motion. Think about the essence of life, breath. Breathing keep you alive and it does so by constant motion. The moment you stop the constant inhaling, exhaling motion you will die.

Take breathing for instance. Your breathing is of course an automatic process, as are many other things we do on a regular basis. When the regular routines of your day unfold you get a sense of permanency and a feeling of security. This perception is a total illusion though. If you believe in anything being static and fixed your are deluding yourself, because this state simply does not exist.

So, how does this insight relate to fixing our lives?

For starters you should take great comfort from the fact that change is an essential building block of our existence. It means even when things appear bad, it is just a phase you are going through. The even better news is that you do have the power to change your circumstances. What's more, you can actually look forward to that prospect with exited anticipation, rather then with dread.

How do I do this? I hear you ask.

Well, again making changes is actually easier then you think. First it requires your willingness to change a part of your life that is not working, or could be working better. Once you have the intention to change you need to find the best way for you, a way that suits you, your lifestyle and your personal make up. The more congruent you are with your chosen method the easier it is to create any change in your life you want.

I have tried many different ways and read countless self help books. To be honest, most of them I found pretty useless. However one method stood out for its effectiveness and the speed at which it works. When I discovered energy psychology I was amazed how precise it is and how easily and quickly you can get to the root of any problem that is slowing down your attempts to fulfills your dreams.

There are many variants in which Energy Psychology can be used and this makes it the perfect technique for anyone who is willing to experiment with it. In skilled hands Energy Psychology produces easy change for emotional and physical problems and it is incredibly useful for quick troubleshooting and problem solving at work or at home. EFT, for example, which is a hybrid of energy psychology can be used in many creative ways to get you profound cognitive shifts, sometimes so fast you have difficulty catching yourself.

So, what I am really saying here is this: Change is both necessary and can be relatively easy. After all, all you are doing is align yourself with a fundamental universal law. In doing so you can produce incredibly powerful results, way beyond anything you ever imagined.

The integration of these shifts may take a little while though. Once accomplished though, lasting positive results are there to stay. Personally I think it is well worth the effort, if you truly want to better your circumstances, be it in your personal life or your professional life.
