You, Me, Happiness and Philosophy - the Only Way to Feel Happy!!!

Paris Hilton is the truth that people are unhappy. Why is that you ask? Well, why do people even look at that skinny girl? Beside the fact that she is rich? She is the perfect reflection of a girl's life today. Girls find themselves in her, and those who don't, try to become like her.

And now for the real deal...
Here is a powerful secret that everyone holds in their minds. Most of the people are surprised to hear it, be free to vomit after you hear it. But realizing it as the truth will transform your life forever.

In some philosophical and subconscious way, we want to be unhappy. We are addicted to be unhappy so we could keep on running after happiness. Ironically the moments that we are happy are so sad for us because we came into some peak in life. A peak that might never return.

We love the past, we live in the past and we remind ourselves and our friends and family how the past was wonderful. But, the truth is, we don't want the past, we just want to feel like the past!

We all want to fell young, powerful, and confident. But instead of lingering in this moment we look back and spoor on ourselves the need to be as happy as we were back in the days.

The people who are truly happy in this Universe are the people who never think about themselves. They live the moment. They do things all the time. They never have time to think about themselves.

The people who think about themselves have a lot of time and because they are so bored they fire up a circle of thinking about themselves.

Those people are in the need for happiness. Their emotion is based on the need to be happy and they always feel the need not the having it.

People who are unhappy will always miss the moment that just passed by. They live in their past, even a powerful and happy moment immediately becomes a sad moment as it passes by quickly.

In Psychological level, people don't want to be happy. People need a challenge and when you are happy, you knocked the biggest challenge of your life. Now, your life will be boring as your challenges are gone.

That's why people always look for the next challenge and again spill lots of sadness on themselves until they actually get to the new goal they set themselves.

People can't just sit back and enjoy their goal fulfilled. The people who are happy all the time, put on new goals all the time but are also very thankful for the things they already accomplished. They unleash the feeling of having nothing at all.

Pull up a fight
People love to fight with each other. Fight is something that gives human being a lot of happiness for some reason. This reason is inside a person's mind, the pressure walks out with every step from left to right.

Happiness is like a fight. People love to fight, so that is why they pull up a fight to get to happiness and don't understand that happiness is already here.

Philosophical happiness
Philosophy and happiness never seemed to go hand in hand especially when, people are involved. As I wrote, people who think about themselves always are unhappy, that's why many philosophers were unhappy.

To think about the Universe and people and themselves make people sick. But to dwell on happiness is something they missed.

Happiness, me and you
Happiness is located inside a person's mind, while love is placed in the heart... But what does it mean "in the mind"? It means it is our thoughts, if you click on the comedy channel in your head, I promise a wonderful life. But if you prefer to watch, "The Bold and The Beautiful" inside your brain, don't expect much.

So, I am about to reveal one of the biggest secrets of happiness... brace yourself, take a breath. And now, In order to find happiness, people have to become the happiness. If you love to play basketball, play it whenever you can and enjoy every little minute of it. If you love to write like myself, just do it (Even if no one cares...).

When you do something you love and also use your mind, the harmony is strong, powerful and suddenly happiness says hello.

All of a sudden you will laugh more, feel the excitement inside you and above all feel so alive, the past and future will be a happy one and nothing on the face of earth will make you sad. You will feel happiness in a way you didn't imagine was true.
