Articles Posting Strategies: Writing for Your Internet Marketing

Well, we so far have read tons of press releases, blogs, general news and articles on Search Engine Optimization Strategies, or SEO. Internet is in essence open press, where the privilege to be an author is virtually given to anybody and even if you don’t have specific knowledge or product expertise – you still can be an author and publish your expressions and emotions or even fiction stories in the form of blogging. Plus, internet authors can easily support their publications with photo illustrations, video and audio materials. Open press however doesn’t typically expect authors to be paid. Considering this free contribution rules, one may say – why at all should I contributing and write articles? The answer is simple – as an author, by contributing to your product user community (educating them, helping them to resolve typical issues, provide other common knowledge), you generate traffic to your web site and by doing so, you potentially increase your sales. Let’s review some details:
1. Article Format. Article is typically the knowledge, meaning objective, where you as an author are recognized expert in your product or service. Article is not for subjective matters, such as emotions, anger etc. – if you would like to let your emotions to be published, consider internet blog instead. Article is not a novel, meaning that it typically has one or maybe two internet browser pages. We also recommend you to use structured article format, where you have introduction, then main section (with either bullets or number as paragraphs) and then conclusion and finally about author section, where you can allow some ads about your company and very important the link to your website
2. Article Internet Life. The advantage of article over other internet news formats is article syndication. Yes, articles are typically copied either through RSS feeds or other mechanisms, by other media portal editors to their sites, of course if you did decent job as internet article writer and they like your article content. Other internet genres, such as PR, blogs are typically not syndicated, however you may see some exceptions
3. Where t publish your articles. Here, please do not expect easy answer, as your article may fit to your product related professionals sites. Consider also publishing your article to generic article submission portals. If you are novice to article publishing, open google and type in submit article in search bar. When you get results to your search, please consider two criteria: first is article media portal page rank and second is the position in your keywords search on major search engines: google, yahoo, msn, and similar
