Submitting your RSS newsfeed to specialized news directories benefits your site in
several ways.
• Regular posting : write quality content related to your niche on your blog. And try to post more regularly on your blog. • Item: Item is a single thing you wish to highlight from your site. There is at least one, but no more than 15 items per channel. But it is better to limit to 6 items per channel.
