Weblinksdir is "human-edited" it means that all links and articles submited are reviewed by real people and not by bots or automatically approved like in some other directories. This guarantee a good quality of all the submited content.
The directory is free, but offers three type of submission :
a free submission : the link or the article will have to queue behind the all the others before being reviewed, this can take a lot of time (between 1 and 3 months) due to the high number of submissions per day.
a submission with a reciprocal link : this is a free submission, all that the person who submit a content has to do is to add a link pointing to the directory on his website. This way the links or articles will be reviewed before all the others.
a paid submission : this one cost only $6 and guarantee the links or articles to be reviewed within 24hours. it also makes the submited link a feature link. it becomes more visible on the direcory with many deep links
