Women are vocal enough. They want INTIMACY! But just what exactly do you do to achieve this with your lover? That is, how do you do it without necessarily boring yourself or feeling awkward about it?

Intimate Touching 101

Intimate touching involves erotic body contact with your partner so for the following exercises, you need to be completely naked. Please note that intimate touching need not be done as part of `afterglow' (i.e., after lovemaking). In fact, in many cases intimate touching can be the best prelude to sex (foreplay) so do give it a try!

The Body Caress
Ask your lover to undress and lie face down on the bed. It's important that the room and your body temperatures are a bit warm so feel free to massage her first using a light warm oil and by lighting candles in the room. Assuming this part is taken care of, remove your clothes too and lie on top of her, supporting your full weight with your arms.

Alternate between supporting your own weight and letting yourself lie almost unsupported on top of her. The different weights she experiences serves as a form of massage on her back.

Make good use of your hands, arms, and legs too. For instance, when you're lying fully on top of her, let your hands roam up and down the sides of her body. When supporting your weight, try to move one of your legs up and down her legs.

The Spoon
Assume the classic spoon-to-spoon pose (i.e., lie down on the bed on your sides, facing the same wall). However, this time, let your hands roam her front. Start by touching her arms, massaging the back of her neck, her shoulders, and then moving your way forward towards her breasts. Breathe deeply and hotly on the back of her neck as you do this.

You can then move on to caressing her buttocks and upper things. If you guys are feeling a bit frisky now, try to nudge her legs using one of your knees. Once her legs are slightly parted, begin intimately touching her private parts.

The Vine
Ask your lover to sit up in bed, preferably on the edge of the bed. Kneel behind her and then ask her to extend her arms upwards, high above her head.

Now try and intertwine your arms around her arms. If you find this pose difficult, that's ok. Just reach up as well and hold her wrists.

This pose will make you guys front (you) to back (hers) again. Now stretch yourself by bending at the waist and reaching out on your right side. Since you're holding her she will be stretching with you. Do the same on the other side.

Go back to the starting position (arms up in the air). Now, keeping one arm still up, reach down and begin to fondle her breast. Again, since you're holding her, her hand will also start to fondle her own breast! Repeat using the other arm.

Sitting Spoons
Sit down on the bed, with your legs extended/sprawled forward. (It would be better if you can rest your back on the headboard for support.) Ask your lover to sit in front of you, placing herself between your spread legs.

Encircle her with your arms in a big, cuddly hug. Pull back and start to fondle her breasts. Start by ensuring your hands are doing the exact same thing on each of her breasts. Then start doing different things to each breast.

Eventually, reach down and explore her private parts. When she's fully stimulated, slowly insert a finger inside her. Now, ask her to perform Kegel exercises on your finger.

While she's doing this, be sure to breathe deeply and hotly down her neck and use your other hand to ensure her breasts are not neglected.

Below the Waist Exploration
Ask your lover to lie down spread eagled on the bed. Start stroking her thighs, her calves, working your way slowly down the length of her till you reach her feet. (You can give her a foot massage at this point.)

Now from her feet, slowly make your way back up the length of her. When you reach her `apex', start intimately touching her private parts. Proceed to oral stimulation.
