How and When to Use Personal Lubricants

Personal lubricants are specialized lubricants that serve a variety of different purposes and are used in many different situations. There are basically three different times that one would employ a personal lubricant: for medical reasons, during sexual intercourse and with masturbation.

Anal sex is a very sensitive activity because that area of the body is incredibly delicate. It is very sensitive to any type of dry friction and the skin in that area can be torn very easily. This is why it is almost mandatory to use some type of personal lubricant or else you run the risk of causing your body some serious discomfort. Also, if you do experience a tear in your anus or rectum, be sure to see a doctor immediately because it can cause an infection if you do not take care of it.
