While the medical and sexual health establishment experts debate whether or not the G-spot is real and if every woman has one, you can do a little exploring for yourself.
It really doesn’t matter if every woman has a G-spot; the important thing is to find out if you do. Many women don’t realize they have one until they or their lover goes looking for it. Then once you find it and “wake it up” sex is never the same, it gets better!
You don’t need to buy any special toys or tools to use to find and awaken your G-spot. All you need is a stainless steel spoon. Whether you choose a teaspoon or tablespoon is up to you, use what ever you are comfortable with. Just make sure the edges of the spoon are smooth and don’t have any nicks or sharp edges. The spoon handle makes it easy to maneuver the spoon body and press it into the vaginal wall and wake up or stimulate the G-spot.
First warm the spoon in your hand and then make sure you are well lubricated or use additional lubrication if needed. Vitamin E works well for this. Lay down on the bed or floor and place a pillow underneath your hips. This creates the perfect angle for G-spot stimulation. You may want to cover the pillow with a towel as you may produce large amounts of fluid when you successfully find and awaken your G-spot. Fluid release is completely natural so don’t worry about it when you do.
If you don’t produce any noticeable fluid, that is okay too. But you will likely find this to change over time as you continue to practice stimulating your G-spot.
Open your legs very wide and draw your knees up to your chest. Insert the spoon into your vagina between 1 to 2 inches making sure the smooth curved side of the spoon body is facing upwards. Use the handle to press the spoon upwards into your vagina against your G-spot or any area that feels good. Keep doing this until you begin to feel “pressure” building up. Vary the amount of pressure you apply and tap the spoon quickly and vigorously. Studies have found the G-spot responds best to tapping stimulation.
You may find you can use vigorous tapping to give yourself a vaginal orgasm. To increase pleasure gyrate your hips. Slow down if you want to prolong the feeling. You can also build up and slow down repeatedly and build yourself up to an intense climax. Add clitoral stimulation as needed or desired.
If you feel pressure building and have the urge to “let go”, do it. The feeling is absolutely wonderful. It is unlike any orgasm you may have had before. Some women think this pressure is the need to urinate and they hold it in when it is really fluid built up in the female prostate from stimulating the G-spot. Don’t make that mistake. Let it go. You will be glad you did!
At first the sensations you get from stimulating your G-spot may be mild. But keep practicing and soon you will be having mind blowing orgasms. Sometimes it will take just a few minutes and at other times it will require sessions of a half our or more.
Once you have awakened your G-spot, you may find yourself building up fluid during sex with your partner. Especially, when using positions that hit the G-spot just right-such as the rear entry or doggy style. When this happens don’t hold it in. Let it go!
