Plastic containers are very versatile. They are used by Filipinos for all kinds of storage. Food storage is but one of the things which concern most Filipinos. Despite its popularity to the food and food service industry, plastic molds can also be used in industries such as arts and craft, and even for the medical field. The importance of plastic molds in the food service industry is unmatched because of its versatility, as well as its economical and convenient use.

Perhaps this can be contributed to the Filipino fast food restaurant culture.

Both of these two are known for their plastic products which dominate the food and service as well as the household industry. Because of the Pinoy's extensive use of plastic products, there are even smaller plastic manufacturers which produce cheaper plastic goods.
