There's good news and bad news about the creative zen v16gb. Let's start with the bad...
The zen v16gb doesn't even come close to matching the maximum 60gb memory offered by the zen vision: m player it's replacing and the only available color it comes in is pitch black.
Besides that, I couldn't find anything else wrong with it, so now on with the good!
The zen v16gb offers excellent sound quality and features a stunning display screen that will show off your videos and photos. Here are some other cool features that it boasts >>
- A thin, pocket-fitting design (3.3 inches x 2.1 inches x 0.4 inch).
- Contains an SD card expansion slot.
- It's extremely user-friendly and supports subscription services.
- A built-in FM radio, voice recorder and a user-definable EQ.
- It weighs only 2.3 ounces.
- Holds a calendar and organizer.
- Offers bass boost and a volume limiter.
- It's USB 2.0 compatible and can synchronize to Microsoft Outlook.
The flash-based zen v16gb can't hold as much media as the zen vision: m but it offers new features, is an incredible value for the price and I must admit that it's very attractive and extremely small in size.
Even though it only comes in black, it makes a superior frame for the awesome 2.5 inch TFT display screen, which is able to show 16.7 million different colors. The face of the player is remarkably shiny, it's just like a smaller and thinner version of the zen vision: m.
In short, this mp3 player is an excellent option for anyone searching for a superior-sounding, pocket-fitting mp3 player with a startling, video-capable display screen and extra exciting features!
