3.Do not over cleanse. Cleansing more than three times will stimulate your body to produce more oil in an attempt to moisturize skin.
4.Use oily skincare products that contain organic ingredients like Cynergy tk, Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10 and Phytessence Wakame . Avoid products that contain mineral oil, parabens, fragrances and alcohols like methanol and ethanol.
5.Maintain a diet that is rich is fruits and vegetables like oranges, broccoli, spinach, berries, grapefruit, apples, grapes, plum and pineapple. These are rich antioxidants that nourish the skin with vitamins and nutrients that are necessary for good skin health.
6.Last but not least try to limit the amount of junk food, fizzy drinks and chocolates in your diet.
