You see it every day, companies promoting the secrets of beautiful skin as if there's some magic formula or ingredient you must find out about. That's going to turn things around and suddenly make your skin beautiful.
The truth is there are probably not any new secrets out there at all. So the best thing to do is take what you've got and improve on it as best you can. Bad habits
Being lazy and sitting on your rear end too much.
Not doing any exercise at all to get your heart rate up (your body needs exercise)
Eating too much greasy take away food and sugar.
Drinking too much alcohol and smoking cigarettes.
Not drinking enough fluids (particularly water) to hydrate your body and skin.
Being over your optimal weight for your height.
Not protecting your face arms and legs from the suns UV rays when outdoors.
Not using anti-aging moisturizes to hydrate your skin externally
Negative attitude
Positive good habits
Get active by participating in outdoor activities like walking and sports.
Start exercising particularly stretching muscles and tendons and getting your heart rate up higher.
Start a healthy diet, less fats and sugars -- more lean meat, vegetables and fruit.
Don't drink as much alcohol. If you smoke -- stop now.
Hydrate your body and skin by drinking more water.
