Eczema on the face can be very embarrassing. When I suffered with it I had it all over my body but everybody could see it prominently on my face. I couldn’t hide it.
Eczema is caused from toxemia and deficiency.
Deficiency is where your body is undernourished and is not receiving the proper type or quantity of the right foods. The delicate digestive tract is being overloaded and allergies have developed.
In the year 2008, over 80% of the population suffer with some sort of deficiency disorder because the body cannot digest its food.
Toxemia is where the body is overwhelmed with the quantity of poisons is has to store internally. Toxins are produced from eating foods that are processed and denatured.
By consistently eating the right foods these poisons can be released from the body andthe immune system strengthened so that it can self-heal.
Making a change in diet does not have to be something that overwhelms you. By taking calculated simple steps, you can transform the condition or your skin immediately and heal your eczema too.
Here are some steps you can take immediately:
Eczema on Face – Simple Step #1
You can heal the eczema on your face by changing the foods you eat. Eliminate all red meat. Instead of eating red meat on a daily basis substitute it with chicken, turkey or fish. If that is too drastic a plan for you to start with then decrease the amount of red meat you eat to, say, every other day instead of daily.
Eczema on Face – Simple Step #2
Cut out all chemicals such as coffee, alcohol and tobacco. Again you can start by reducing your consumption on a weekly basis until you are no longer consuming these foods.
Eczema on Face – Simple Step #3
Eliminate all processed foods. Eat only raw, organic fruit and vegetables, sprouts, fermented nuts and seeds. The transition time may take several weeks but if you pick one kind of processed foods to eliminate each week you can add a new one regularly.
Eczema on Face – Simple Step #4
Increase the amount of raw, organic vegetable and fruit juices you drink on a daily basis. Three glasses per day is ideal. Include carrots, spinach, cucumber and ginger in your juices and watch your skin transform.
