Are you frustrated with your oily skin care moisturizer? The product that claims will soften skin but only makes your face feel like an oil slick? Unfortunately, many products on store shelves just don't work... because, they contain synthetic ingredients which are ineffective at hydrating skin.

Don't lose hope. There are good quality creams and lotions available that hydrate, moisturize and even treat skin blemishes like acne, fine lines and dry skin. Products that are extremely effective and beneficial for your skin's health.

What should oily skin care products contain? No one likes their skin feeling greasy, therefore natural ingredients, essential oils, minerals and antioxidants should be in the contents.

In order for your skin to reap any benefits, substances which are known to restore your skin's health and beauty by making it more elastic, smooth and glowing should try using these products.

Effective Oily Skin Care Product Ingredients

You want to look your best, but you also want to make sure what you apply on your face won't do damage. Therefore, substances which help treat your skin dryness, fine lines and other aging signs are:

• Babassu - this light, natural wax  softens and soothes skin. It creates an invisible barrier to retain moisture and keep out dirt and grime.

• Phytessence Wakame -- a variety Japanese sea kelp that provides minerals essential for maintaining your skin's moisture balance. It keeps skin looking firm and supple, and also protects your skin against aging by inhibiting an enzyme that breaks down skin's hyaluronic acid.

Your skin does need oil, however, not the ineffective ones. For example, the one harmful to skin is mineral oil. It goes by different names but the petroleum by-product coats skin and clogs pores. Instead, use healthy essential oils found in oily skin care products like:

• Jojoba Oil -- an ingredient that's very similar to that of human sebum (the oil secreted by the skin). It's a deeply moisturizing oil for your skin that reduces wrinkles and stretch marks.

• Grapeseed Oil -- a powerful antioxidant that's rich in linoleic acid and other essential oils necessary for skin health. This natural oil creates an invisible film that locks moisture in while keeping dirt and grime out of your skin's pores.

You still need to avoid synthetic ingredients, such as: dioxane (chemical known to irritate the eyes), parabens (a group of chemicals used as preservatives), and alcohols (dries skin and may be irritating). Again, these are just more artificial ingredients added to many skin care products for preservation purposes.

Make no mistake about it, natural ingredients don't need extra substances to preserve them. Substances like CoEnzyme Q10, CynergyTK and ones mentioned above are: effective on their own, beneficial for treatment of many skin related problems, excellent for skin health, can be used by people of all ages and don't cause any side effects.

Visit my website today. Learn more about these amazing natural ingredients that you should look for and what harmful substances you should avoid. Because, when you find the best oily skin care products, you'll not only moisturize your skin but reverse aging signs and achieve young-looking, beautiful and naturally glowing skin.
