facial at home - home made facial mask
There are numbers of cosmetics available in markets, departmental stores, internet and television. But, it is not a good idea to spending lot of money in order to buy a facial product, claiming of having all are based on natural ingredients for beautiful younger skin and having great drastic results on its usage is very much depressing for any woman who is really conscious about her beauty and skin.
There are many types of skin according to the internal body environment. Therefore, the products works for your brother or sister might not work for you in the same way and vice versa because of skin varieties. It is also possible that buying a product for your skin type, could have adverse effect as these products are based on different types of chemicals which could cause a reaction on your skin, usually, if you are allergic to some kinds of chemicals.
It is possible that skin care products labeled as having “natural ingredients” do contain some amount of artificial chemicals or other harsh elements or ingredients. In order to save your skin from these types of chemicals it is much better to make home based skin care or facial mask with all the ingredients available in the kitchen. Here are some tips for facial at home:
- Before starting facial at home try to create a salon/beauty salon like atmosphere. Use clips or band to tie your hair in high ponytail. Choose to do what ever you feel comfortable about.
- Use water for face massage, by splashing tepid water all over your face, now massage gently your face, try to repeat this action 2 to 3 times and let your face air dry.
- Now, massage your face with vitamin E gel, solution or you can also take vitamin E capsule, leave it on your face for at least 5 minutes, and rinse off with mild soaps and water.
In order to make a facial mask, blend one egg white or you can also use aloe vera juice, now add 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon of pure apple juice.
- Apply this home made facial mask to your skin, by starting from your chin and moving upwards and then outwards skipping the area around the eyes and lips.
- Now, What to do?
Just RELAX-RELAX and RELAX and sit back for at least 20 to 30 minutes and cover your eyes with cucumber pieces. In order to remove the mask, splash water all over face and gently remove the mask with light massage strokes on your face. Try to use this home made facial mask 1 to 2 times a week. You will feel fresh and have much younger looking face all the time.
