The causes of the condition
Cellulite is a skin condition and not a disease. It is caused by numerous reasons like poor blood circulation, lack of oxygen, water and fluid retention, hormonal changes, the menstrual cycle, and poor lymph drainage in men and women, though it affects women the most. Some people are affected by the orange peel skin condition because of an unbalanced endocrine system while for others it could be an allergy either to milk products or wheat.
The other major cause of those bumps and ripples on your thighs are due to toxicity in the environment that affects almost all areas of our lives. This includes the food we eat, the water we drink and swim in, the vegetables and fruits which all contain residues of pesticides and fungicides, the meat contain residues from antibiotics hormones and steroids and even the fish contain residues from pollutants and industrial contaminants. That makes fighting cellulite a long and complicate process.
The best way to go
Since there is very little you can do about the environmental conditions and the procedures used worldwide on the production of food, there are a few things you can do personally to at least ensure you reduce the number of toxins that you ingest. One of the ways to ensure you get good quality fruits and vegetables is to buy organically grown ones, where no herbicides or pesticides have been used.
Where possible you need to eat raw vegetables and at the most they should be steamed. This ensures that fire does no destroy the important nutrients that act as antioxidants to clean up your body of impurities and free radicals that all contribute to the orange peel skin condition.
When you go to the supermarket you will notice a section that has only organic products. Here you will find stuff like free-range chicken, turkeys and eggs and organically grown whole bread, pulses and rice. Drink only spring water, fruit juices and beverages that do not have any caffeine at all. When you are working on removing excess fatty deposits from your skin you should avoid all vitamins that are derived from yeast.
Special baths
Remove that cellulite by taking a special bath using a cabbage and seaweed wrap. Both these products can be bought at any supermarket and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. The mixture for a special bath is mixed with some essential oils which are also easily available. Some of the ones you can try include: basil oil, Cedar wood oil, Celery oil, Cypress oil, Fennel oil, Grapefruit oil, Juniper oil, Lemon oil, Rosemary oil, Thyme oil among many others.
Conclusion
Dealing with cellulite can be a simple nice experience that only requires some little investment in learning things you can do at home at no extra cost. The advantage of home made remedies is that they have no side effects whatsoever so they are the safest available anywhere any time.
