  Your skin is the largest body organ and a bellwether for overall health. If you are healthy from inside then your skin will reflect this and if you are unhealthy, it will be reflected in your complexion. But this statement doesn’t mean that mean you should neglect your skin even if you are feeling great.
Here are some natural skin care tips:

       Avoid sun exposure therefore; always wear a moisturized sunscreen when you are out from your home. Remember, that the U.V. rays can burn you even if the day is cloudy and sunlight reflected off water or snow can be particularly powerful.

       No matter, whether your skin is oily, dry, normal or combination, use a protective sunscreen barrier (sunscreen) when you are in front to the sun. Do not forget to use sunscreen on your face and the back of your hands because these are constantly exposed to the sun's rays.

        Do not forget to remove your makeup before going to bed at night.

       Rubbing moisturizing lotion on your legs before applying shaving cream can give you a touch of smoother, softer finish when removing leg hair. Men with normal to dry skin can also use this technique for their good.

       In winters, try to use a humidifier in order to lessen the drying effects of indoor heat on your skin

 

Here is one tip for making excellent herbal skin toner:

 

In order to make herbal skin toner, mix one part vinegar + three parts water. In order to make your skin toner scented use following flowers or petals according to your skin type

 

Dry skin: rose, borage, violet, or jasmine

Oily skin: marigold, rosemary, peppermint, or lavender

For sensitive skin: parsley, violet, salt burnet or borage

For normal skin: lemon balm, rose, spearmint, or chamomile
