What Anti Aging Vitamins and Supplements Should You Take?

It’s a jungle out there with all these different anti aging vitamins and supplements being touted as the new thing that will make you look 500 years younger, and give you better skin than a baby.

The question is, does any of it work? In this article I will answer that question. I have had much experience with anti aging vitamins and supplements, I have done my research, and I have experimented and tried many things.

With all that said, you have to be very aware in this industry, because many companies will try to sell you some very bad products, at a very high price.

The reason they do this is because people buy, and people keep buying. Otherwise they would be out of business, but they aren’t, so the only way we can stop them is to educate ourselves, and only buy the best, natural, and effective products.

So, what anti aging vitamins and supplements should you take? Here are the top 3 things I always recommend for friends and family, and these have been proven effective through the years.

  1. Multivitamin – Finding a good multivitamin supplement is important, because our food supply is very depleted right now. This has happened because our soil has been abused, so our food doesn’t have as much vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants as it used to. Taking a good multivitamin will help provide your body with the nutrients it needs.

  2. Omega-3 – Taking an omega-3 fish oil supplement is important as well, because we need healthy fatty acids for our body, and our skin. It is important to find a pure, natural fish oil, because many cheap alternatives can be contaminated with mercury.

  3. Natural Skin Care – This one is really crucial. Many skin care companies are putting in ingredients, and chemicals that you might think are harmless, but they can, in fact, cause cancer, depression, hyperactivity, skin problems, and other serious ailments.

So when you’re thinking about buying anti aging supplements, only stick to what is completely natural, and make sure that you do your research, so you can find the best supplements, and best skin care products and get excellent results, like I have.
