Snore No More- There Is A Right Way And Wrong Way To Cure Snoring

Anyone afflicted by snoring, or a spouse that snores, has certainly looked into ways to solve the problem.  There are pillows on the market that target this very problem.  Snore no more pillows are one of the options out there for people who snore.  For some, snoring is caused by poor sleeping positions that restrict the airways.  These pillows that are available for purchase are specially designed to deal with this cause.

During sleep the jaw can fall backward, restricting the airway.  This means all the air that you breathe in is being forced through a very small opening.  The force of the air through this small opening causes vibrations in the throat tissue.  Snoring is the result of these vibrations.

Keeping the jaw forward while asleep may help reduce, if not altogether stop, your snoring.  A snore no more pillow is made of a form-holding foam that helps you sleep in the right position.  The contours of the pillow keep the jaw forward and the chin raised away from the chest, both of which help to open the airway.  The more room air has to pass into the lungs, the fewer vibrations are made which means less snoring.

If a special pillow doesn't completely solve your snoring problem, then using it in conjunction with another snoring remedy may be the answer to your problem.  Other factors that can contribute to the problem of snoring are poor diet, lack of exercise, being overweight, and alcohol consumption. Eating properly, exercising regularly, and possibly losing a little weight may help ease snoring.  Alcohol consumption can lead to the throat muscles relaxing, which restricts the airway and causes the vibrations. Avoiding alcohol before bed can help you avoid some of the circumstances that lead to snoring.  Combining these strategies with a snore no more pillow may stop your snoring entirely.

If you find that the anti-snore pillow reduces but does not eliminate your snoring, and you sleep on your back, try sleeping on your side.  Another strategy to use in conjunction with your snoring pillow is to raise the head of the bed about 4 inches.  This may help open the airways through proper body position which can further reduce, if not completely eliminate, snoring.
