30 Projects That Can be Accomplished in One Hour by a Virtual Assistant

As a small business owner there is always something to be done: send out a flyer, newsletter, update a brochure, follow up with clients, create a new marketing plan, and much, much more. There never seems to be enough time to get it all done, especially with all the distractions: the constant stream of customers, phone calls, emails to return. If only you had an hour you could get so much done, right?

The solution: hire a virtual assistant. Working from their own location, you pay an affordable hourly fee to a virtual assistant working as an independent contractor. There's no cost for health insurance or other benefits. What can a virtual assistant do for you in only an hour?

2) Mail merge 50 letters including stuffing and mailing.
3) Create a viable prospect list of 25-30 contacts.
4) Create an Email campaign.

8) Setup the process for an ezine or newsletter.
9) Balance a monthly bank statement.
10) Update web site content.
11) Transcribe a half hour of audio.
12) Research for a specific project.
13) Type handwritten notes from a seminar.
14) Make edits to 1-5 web pages (depending on # of changes).
15) Post 3-4 blog entries.
16) Submit a press release to 5 sites.
17) Submit an article to 5 sites.
18) Do follow-up research on a client, prospect, applicant, or competitor.
19) Convert document files to PDF format.
20) Build a custom spreadsheet.
21) Proofread a narrative of up to five pages.
22) Edit and proof copy for five Web pages.
23) Make calls to confirm your appointments, engagements, or reservations.
